What does faith mean to you?

Faith for me is what dreams are purchased with. It’s a currency to be spent on divine efforts.

What does your faith journey look like?

My faith journey looks like curiosity for God’s actual plan for my life. It’s a search for the center of his will

As a woman in the kingdom of God, what are three ministry tips you would offer other believers?

1. Follow the cloud and not the crowd. (Matthew 8:13-14) Go according to the actual presence and Word of God through prayer and meditation.

2. Live a fasted lifestyle so that you have revelation on the direction God wants to flow from your mountain of influence.

3. The company you keep is important but not as important as the solitude needed to exist in holiness and peace.

God’s plan is eternal and totally bigger than our finite desire to survive. Seemingly bad things happen to good people because we don’t know what it looks like from God’s perspective. The domino effect and butterfly effect are two concepts that show that the plan of God is beyond our finite scope of perception.

What role has a mother played in your life?

Being a mother has made me have to entrust two people that I love more than I love myself into the care of God. It is both mortifying and phenomenal to trust God more. It has challenged me to seek God’s face and heart instead of constantly seeking his hand.

Etiquette and Confidence Tips For Women

I run a retreat called the Opulent Daughters Retreat. These women are Spiritfilled Daughters of God who walk like Queens on the earth. The biggest boost of confidence for us is knowing that our father is rich in houses and land. We know that we are made in His image and in his likeness. We understand that we shift atmospheres when we walk into rooms. We also know that our heavenly father has our best interest in mind and everything is working out for our good and for our favor. This causes a girl to walk differently.

Spiritual Hacks for Style and GODFIDENCE

1. Know God’s vision for your life and dress like you’ve arrived.

2. Be comfortable with your personality and personal style then TAKE IT UP A NOTCH. Be on brand for YOU.

3. What makes you feel good when you wear it? Figure out how to get more of that in every outfit. Even hire a stylist if you need help with that.

Meet Dr. Tawana Wiggins

Tawana L. Wiggins is a faith-rooted coach, speaker, and strategist who helps moms and women leaders realign how they show up emotionally, spiritually, and systemically. As the Founder of TL Collaborative, Tawana teaches presence-based leadership that centers nervous system safety, emotional intelligence, and divine rhythm over performance. With over 20 years of experience as an educator, school leader, and executive strategist, she brings more than credentials she brings lived wisdom. A mother of nearly 29 years and a grandmother for 3, her work is grounded in the truth that leadership doesn’t start in the office it starts at home, in the mirror, around the dinner table, in the carpool

line, and in the quiet breakdowns no one sees. Tawana equips women who carry everyone else to finally experience what it feels like to be carried. Her message lives at the intersection of purpose and presence guiding women through the emotional weight of leadership, parenting, and calling without losing themselves in the process. Tawana teaches women how to lead from truth so their leadership becomes a source of safety, not survival.

What does faith mean to you?

Faith, for me, is not about performance; it’s about posture. It’s not just believing God can; it’s learning how to stay aligned in the weight and wait while He does it. Faith is the rhythm of sacred pause. It’s what lets me hear God louder than the noise around me, especially when everything in my life is screaming “survive.” Faith doesn’t silence the chaos; but it anchors me in it and reminds me that God is not just going to make a way, He is the way. And I’ve learned to follow even when I can’t see the full path.

What does your faith journey look like?

My faith journey has not been linear, it’s been layered. I didn’t grow up with a blueprint for how to navigate faith in the middle of motherhood, business, burnout, and survival. But I’ve watched God meet me in the mess. He’s taught me that obedience doesn’t always feel glamorous.

Sometimes it’s just showing up exhausted and saying yes again.

My business, TL Collaborative, is not just a brand, it’s born out of my faith walk with God. Every offering, every Mindful Moment, every piece of content has been shaped in seasons where I had nothing but a Word and the weight of responsibility on my back. My journey is not about arriving; but it’s about realigning.

As a woman in the kingdom of God, what are three ministry tips you would offer other believers?

● Don’t confuse obedience with over-functioning. Just because you can do it all doesn’t mean God asked you to.

● Start from your healing, not your hustle. Ministry that flows from burnout will always demand more than it deposits. And when you lead from depletion, you start trying to play God instead of trusting Him. You’re not called to be the source, you just need to be the vessel.

● Pause on purpose. Build in sacred space to hear God before you move. That’s why I created Mindful Moments, as a reminder that silence is not weakness; it’s where we get our strategy.

How can someone strengthen their faith when they are struggling with doubt?

Let the doubt come. Don’t perform for God, be honestly human and present yourself to Him. Faith isn’t the absence of questions, it’s the willingness to sit in the gap with them in God’s presence. I’ve learned that when I stop hiding my doubts and start surrendering them, that’s where the real relationship happens. One of the most powerful things you can do is carve out a rhythm of stillness, a pause where you let God be louder than the fear, the pressure, and the performance.

Sometimes strengthening your faith isn’t about doing more; it’s about being still enough to remember who He is.

Drawing from her personal experiences and deep commitment to mental health advocacy, Malaysia founded Blissful Life Consulting LLC. Her vision is to empower individuals and communities through transformative mindset coaching and holistic wellness practices.

What does faith mean to you?

Faith, to me, is the sacred thread that has held my life together when everything else was unraveling. It’s not just belief in something bigger, it’s trust in divine timing, in God’s promises, and in the unseen chapters still being written. Faith is the bridge between who I am and who I’m becoming. It’s the quiet courage to keep walking when the path is unclear and the bold decision to rise even after life knocks you down.

Faith is my oxygen. It is the reason I’ve been able to navigate trauma, transition, and transformation. It whispers “keep going” in the silence and anchors me when

storms try to take me under. It’s the evidence of God’s fingerprints on my life, sometimes subtle, sometimes undeniable, but always present.

What does your faith journey look like?

My faith journey has been anything but linear. It’s been layered, like healing, like womanhood, like calling. I grew up believing in God, but it wasn’t until I faced the darkness of trauma and the pressures of success that I began to walk with Him.

There were seasons where I questioned everything, including my purpose. Seasons where I wore masks just to survive. I went from performing strength in military uniforms to finally surrendering to divine strength in my brokenness. I’ve had moments where I was at the top of my career yet spiritually empty, and moments flat on my back in hospital rooms when I had to decide if I truly trusted God or just said I did.

Faith has held me through near-death experiences, heartbreak, and the quiet grief of losing parts of myself. And it has also lifted me into rooms I never imagined walking into. It’s been the most intimate relationship of my life, one that has saved, sustained, and sanctified me.

How can someone strengthen their faith when they are struggling with doubt?

Start with honesty. God is not afraid of your doubt. He welcomes your questions as much as your worship. Strengthening your faith doesn’t mean pretending you’re fearless. It means choosing to stay in

conversation with God even when your heart is trembling. Get still. Doubt often grows in the noise. When you quiet the external voices and lean into God’s presence, even if all you can do is whisper “help,” something shifts. Remember what He’s already brought you through. Go back to your journals, your prayers, your past miracles. Revisit your “Red Sea” moments where it felt impossible, but grace made a way.

Surround yourself with people who carry faith when yours feels faint. Borrow their belief until yours is restored. And finally, MOVE. Take small, obedient steps even if your knees are shaking. Faith is a muscle that grows with movement.

What is your go-to scripture when you need a surge of faith to make decisions?

My go-to scripture is Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” That verse reminds me that even when I can’t trace the path, I can trust the planner. It grounds me in the truth that nothing about my life is random.

Every detour, every delay, every decision is being divinely orchestrated for my good and God’s glory.

When I’m at a crossroads, I often close my eyes and repeat this scripture aloud, sometimes through tears, sometimes with trembling hands, but always with the faith that God’s plan for me is not just good, but intentional. And that gives me the courage to move.

What does your faith journey look like?

It’s hard to be honest. Especially now, life is hard and I feel the pressure but I believe in God. He’s shown up for me and came through more times than I can count. So for me, I don’t have to see Him to know He’s real and that He’s with me. Every time I go through a trial and overcome it, it strengthens my faith in God and it makes my spirit strong. It’s a lot of speaking life to myself which helps me get through tough days. My faith gives me assurance that there is hope not only with the circumstances I face, but beyond this life as well. So my faith journey isn’t perfect but I just keep showing up and doing my best to see beyond my current circumstances. To see purpose beyond the pain. That’s my faith journey.

As a man in the kingdom of God, what are three ministry tips you would offer other believers?

• Lay aside “your” expectations and meet people where they are so that you can truly connect with them.

• Lead with your heart and not your head.

• Don’t just hear people’s words but listen to their heart as they are speaking and that can only be done when we are fully present in the moment.

How can I keep my faith in today’s world?

I say it comes down to perspective and what we choose to focus on. I’ve often heard the saying, “Where your focus goes, your energy flows”. So for me, it’s all about what we choose to see and believe in our hearts. Everything around you can be in chaos but you can be at peace because your eyes are not fixed on what’s in front of you. I know it’s easier said than done but it’s definitely worth putting into practice.

Why do bad things happen to good people, even those with strong faith?

This is a tough one. I honestly don’t know why bad things happen to good people. It’s a question I wrestle with sometimes but I try to see life from a growth perspective so I believe that when bad things do happen, it is an opportunity for that individual to show who God is in their life. Trials and unfortunate circumstances are inevitable but they are also an opportunity for us to grow in areas where we may be lacking. Areas that when brought to maturity can help us live a more effective life. I believe that things don’t happen TO us, they happen FOR us. There is someone that needs your testimony. Look at Job!

What does faith mean to you?

Faith for me means believing, and trusting in God, no matter what it looks like.

What does your faith journey look like?

Trusting in God no matter what. Knowing that He will come through for me and not just in a materialistic way but He is there for me. It looks like me trusting Him, depending on Him, and letting Him take the lead in my life.

What is your go to scripture when you need a surge of faith to make decisions?

Proverbs 3:5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.

Three ministry tips for women in ministry.

1. Always seek God first.

2. Wait on God.

3. Don’t give up.

How can I keep my faith in today’s world?

Just staying focused on Jesus and what he has taught us about being in the world but not of the world. I would also say to have a heart like Jesus and love like he would have us to.

Why do bad things happen to good people, even those with strong faith?

The battle going on in the world is not just natural, we are fighting against principalities and things do happen. I don’t think we will ever completely understand this question, but some things are for a bigger plan set in motion by God. Some things that happen are to strengthen and test us as well. Either way God always turns it around for His glory.

How can someone strengthen their faith when they are struggling with doubt?

Talk to God about those doubts and let Him encourage you. You can get so much from His word and by just spending time with Him, letting Him minister to you, and letting him love on you.

How can faith coexist with science, logic, or modern culture?

This can be complicated because in some instances, science wants to remove God and take on the logic point of view or what would make more sense. We know that when it comes to our faith some things just won’t make sense, but we believe or have faith. A lot of things pertaining to God do not make sense.

An example in the Bible will tell you what happened to the missing time when Joshua fought and asked God to make the sun stand still so they could fight longer, but science will say that does not make sense and then tries to find another answer for it. Even when they cannot find one, they will try to come up with a solution that makes more sense to them, even when that’s not the truth. I’m not saying science cannot be good, but you just have to make sure it’s not in conflict with God and His word.

What role has a mother played in your life and your faith?

I have no experience of having a mother, or a mother role model, so I cannot tell you about that at all. However, I will tell you from me being a mother, I definitely make sure I lead by a godly example. I instill in my children who they are in God, who He is to me, to them, and how He can change your life if you let Him.

What does faith mean to you?

Faith is knowing that God is not outside of me but lives within me. It’s a deep, unwavering trust that even when I can’t see what’s next, I’m still being guided.

Faith is the posture of surrender. It’s trusting divine timing when my plans fall apart. It’s leaning on truth instead of fear.

Proverbs 3:5 reminds me: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.”

And when my heart needs reassurance, Jeremiah 29:11 reminds me:

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares God, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.”

I don’t always understand the process, but I trust the promise. That’s faith.

Janael’s mission is rooted in love, healing, and leaving a legacy of peace, abundance, spiritual and emotional wholeness, and self-discovery.

What does your faith journey look like?

My faith journey has been layered with both beauty and brokenness. I’ve had mountaintop moments where I felt so connected to the divine… and valleys where I wondered if God even heard me. But every season shaped me. I’ve had to learn that faith isn’t just about knowing it’s about trusting, especially when the path looks nothing like the plan.

Proverbs 3:5 taught me to surrender my logic, and Jeremiah 29:11 reminds me that even the detours are designed for my destiny.

As someone in the Kingdom of God, what are three ministry tips you would offer other believers?

1. Live the message before you speak it. Let your life be your ministry. Let your healing be your testimony.

2. Don’t confuse platform with purpose. You don’t need a mic to be impactful. You just need to be authentic and obedient.

3. Trust the process. Sometimes the most powerful ministry moments come from your pain. Let Proverbs 3:5 and Jeremiah 29:11 guide your steps. If God gave you the vision, God also has the plan.

Why do bad things happen to good people, even those with strong faith?

This is one of life’s hardest questions. But I’ve come to realize: God never promised a pain-free life but a purposeful one.

We live in a world that’s still being healed. Even good people walk through grief, loss, betrayal, and hardship. But nothing is wasted.

Proverbs 3:5 teaches me to trust even when I don’t understand.

Jeremiah 29:11 reminds me that even the darkest seasons are woven into a greater plan one filled with restoration and hope.

What role has a mother played in your life and your faith?

A mother is often our first spiritual teacher. In my life, my mother carried the weight of prayer on her back and planted the seeds of faith in my soul.

She reminded me that God is near when life is hard. Her example showed me what trust looks like in action. She quoted Proverbs 3:5 when I wanted to give up. She spoke Jeremiah 29:11 over my future when I was unsure of my purpose.

Her faith didn’t just shape me—it sustained me.

Style & Dressing Tips for Women Walking in Power:

1. Dress for your energy, not just the event. What colors make you feel radiant? What fabrics feel like peace? Choose pieces that align with your spirit, not just your schedule.

2. Know your shape, then celebrate it. God formed you beautifully and intentionally. Stop hiding—start highlighting. Style should compliment, not conceal.

3. Confidence is your best accessory. You don’t need a label to feel luxurious. You need alignment. When you feel good in what you’re wearing, the room feels it too.

4. Build a signature look. Whether it’s a bold lip, a statement earring, or a clean, elegant silhouette let something about your style say: “This is me.”

5. Wear what you prayed for. You’re no longer dressing for survival. You’re dressing for your becoming. Show up as the woman you prayed to become even on ordinary days.

Style is spiritual.

It’s self-expression. It’s silent confidence.

It’s saying to the world, “I know who I am, and I’m not afraid to show it.”
