WELCOME LETTER Dear Friend, You took the most important step of your life when you choose to accept Jesus Christ as your Savior. Now that you have become a Christian, we want to help you grow in your relationship with God. We believe that there is a place of belonging and breakthrough for all who attend. For that purpose, this booklet outlines a series of FIRST STEPS for new believers.

These essential components of a healthy spiritual walk will introduce you to some of the ways that people connect, grow, and serve here at Faith Assembly.

Be encouraged, knowing that our church family is made up of people just like you--people who have been saved by faith in Jesus Christ.

FIRST STEPS Over the next seven days, we encourage you to put your FAITH IN ACTIONwith the following 7-Day Bible-reading plan.

WATER BAPTISM Water Baptism is a public confession of faith encouraged for all believers ages 6 and older.

Signifying death to self and a new life in Jesus Christ, we celebrate this decision weekly throughout our services. Upon signing up, you can select which day works best with your schedule.

FOUNDATIONS Foundations is a class designed to be the first step in your Christian journey. Establish a solid biblical foundation, draw closer to Christ, and discover how to better serve in the Kingdom.

This class is offered every Sunday at 10:25am at all of our campuses.

In Faith Groups, we build community while doing life together.

COUNSELING PASTORAL COUNSELING Pastoral Counseling is provided by credentialed pastors who minister the Word of God as well as prayer for healing and deliverance to receive freedom from emotional wounds, harmful mindsets, and spiritual strongholds.

CLINICAL COUNSELING Clinical Counseling is provided by Master’s degree students, Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns or Licensed Mental Health Counselors as a therapeutic clinical approach to explore the root of problems as well as incorporating new skills. All clinical counselors abide by HIPAA guidelines and maintain clinical health records.
