OUR STORY
Faircape Health Tokai Rehabilitation has created a purpose-built environment since its inception in 2016. We have assembled a team of healthcare professionals that operates as one unit, utilising and leveraging one another’s skills and capabilities to the benefit of our patients who have had a pulmonary event.
We are committed to assisting those who struggle with the negative effects of breathlessness and are strong proponents of the value of a team-based approach to Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
By allowing our patients to recover, in an environment catered to their newfound needs and sensitivities, we have assisted many patients in returning to living a fulfilling life - reigniting their love for life.
