PATIENT REVIEWS
“It has been a wonderful experience to be surrounded by this huge team all committed to the well-being of those in their care. They all see themselves as responsible members of the therapy team and practice upliftment in every way possible for example, with their keenness to learn, with their generous help and encouragement and with their kindness and gentle handling.”
“I was so weak and not able to breathe and with the professional and empathetic care and treatment, 3 weeks later I can walk out [...] full of hope that I will recover fully from having been severely ill with COVID breathing my own air without support. Thank you to you all.”
“I spent 3 weeks there, after complex spinal surgery and had many complications. I could not have been in more professional caring hands.”
“My physio was fantastic and gave me the love, care and compassion that I needed which in turn helped my confidence and helped me gain the skills which prepared me for my home environment.”
“I had a full stroke whereby I could not walk, eat, or do anything. My stay at Faircape really helped me recover quickly and the speech therapist is the one that brought my ability to speak back quickly.”
“I have had two stints at the Tokai Step Down Facility and have been very blessed to have had Jenna facilitate my healing resulting from my knee and hip replacement procedures. The professional rehabilitation is amazing and gives one a huge kick start to get back ‘on the road’ so much quicker and is highly recommended.”
“After having my leg amputated, I went to Faircape and had the pleasure of having Jenna as my physiotherapist. I was very weak on arrival and was there for 3 weeks. If it wasn’t for Jenna, through her commitment and dedication, I wouldn’t be where I am today. With her motivation and strength, you’d have to look far to find someone like her.”
“It’s such a pleasure to share my experiences with Jenna as my physio. I have had Jenna assist me following spinal surgery last year and again post Covid and Septicemia this year. Jenna is very professional, knowledgeable, consistent and very positive in her approach, which makes such a difference in achieving the desired results. Jenna made a difference in my process of healing. I am truly grateful.”
