No Call; No Show (NCNS) -Thispercentage impactsanemployee'sopportunityto participateinTrainingbecausetheydonot canceloutornotifytheOPDoficethatthey willnotbeattending.Thus,preventing thoseontheWaitList(WL)frombeing conirmedtoattend.

Atotalof 20.97% (NCNS+CNXL)of employeesRegisteredbutdidnotattend class.

LowattendanceforOperationsisduetostafingconstraints/vacancies,causingemployees todeclinetraininginordertomaintaintheirsite.OPSemployeesarehiredintoHSKPasitis aconditionofemploymentwithFacilities;thus,higherparticipation.

For our Year-Round courses, we have a b tructors, including the Manager of OPD. Although most of our Instructors teach 3-times a year, they work with the OPD team throughout the year to collaborate on instructional content for the courses they teach.
