Introduction

F3group was established in 1982 and combines its collective expertise in development, project and construction management to offer clients services in various asset classes and real estate markets.

F3g often acts as an extension to in-house development teams and is typically retained to undertake the complete professional management of the development.

Our experts work with clients to provide professional services with analytical intelligence on the financial viability and build-ability sequencing of their investment proposition.

The main sectors we work in are: Mixed Use and Regeneration, BtR, PBSA, Commercial, Retail, Life Science, Infrastructure and Industrial.

I have found the F3 team to be very professional, flexible and proactive in managing the procurement, appointment and on site management of over 40 trade contractors.

Our construction management model is a fixed fee and provides project coordination and on-site management.

F3g CM service offers clear forecasting and manages individual trade packages (including costs, quality and programme compliance).

Design, procurement, construction and cost control become one seamless process, whereby overlapping these tasks translates into significant savings in time and costs.

Technical due diligence

We offer an independent technical due diligence audit and report, typically undertaken prior to final IC approval.

The purpose of our report is to present an independent commentary on the technical aspects of a client's proposed development or project.

We review the information provided by the seller, development partner and/or professional team.

Tower Hamlets placement scheme

F3group was proud to run a programme with Tower Hamlets college in the construction industry.

The students were awarded for outstanding achievements, and F3group was recognised as the most supportive employer that coordinated work experience for the College.

Construction taster days for local student community

Working in collaboration with Belfast Met College, students partook in a taster day at our project at Hillsborough Castle in Northern Ireland.
