PURPOSE AT OUR CORE
In today’s challenging world, F3group has truly found its purpose to help create a more community friendly, sustainable and innovative future.
Ethical and sustainable
We conduct our business in an ethical and sustainable way to have a positive impact on our people, public and clients. We are proud of our enviable track record for delivering projects that create value for local communities.
We are committed to developing construction and real estate solutions that consider the long-term impacts on the spaces we live, learn, work and play.
Education and giving
In addition to our partnership with Oxford Brooke’s University, we are continually engaged in charitable and fund-raising initiatives from Groundwork UK – helping people living in London’s most vulnerable spaces, to Help for Heroes and support for Will Bayley, Rio 2016 Gold Paralympian.
Culture and processes
F3group has a culture that encourages a positive attitude to quality and continuous personal and professional improvement throughout our teams. We have quality processes that are integral to the way we work but with a flexible framework that also embraces the client’s individual needs.
The F3group Community Sports Engagement Fund
We are not only committed to leading the way in ESG but also committing our corporate social responsibility to help inspire the local communities that we engage with through our projects and work.
F3g has built purpose into its business model, allocating a percentage of fees to support and inspire young people in local communities through the powerful and uplifting language of sport.
We support building communities. Not only through the developments we help construct, but through inspiring the young people who live in them.
Tower Hamlets placement scheme
F3group was proud to run a programme with Tower Hamlets college in the construction industry.
The students were awarded for outstanding achievements, and F3group was recognised as the most supportive employer that coordinated work experience for the College.
Construction taster days for local student community

Working in collaboration with Belfast Met College, students partook in a taster day at our project at Hillsborough Castle in Northern Ireland.
