Put your phone on silent, permanently: Get rid of your email: Your inbox should have an option to send out an automated message if you are and will be unable to reply to messages over a period of time. Let’s activate that option. This prevents you being labeled as that friend or associate who ignores everyone.

Not vibrate, silent. Turn off all notifications, updates, alerts, reminders. Flushing your phone down the toilet does all that for you - in case you needed an alternative method. process a lot easier.
