We then manage each and every consultant, contractor and supplier on your behalf, thus facilitating delivery of pragmatic designs and superior built assets, maximising return on investment, and ultimately achieving the best outcome for you.

When you engage with Integra, you are assigned a single point of contact with one of Integra’s directors, who will coordinate all of our specialists so that you receive a tailored solution, unique to your specific needs.

From the outset, we will work with you to develop and agree a budget and program for each stage of the process. Our commercial managers will constantly update the Cost Plan as each stage of the works are designed and tendered, so that you have complete financial commitment clarity.

Our services can be procured on any commercial basis that you prefer. The majority of our clients opt for an open book approach where you only pay for what you need, with the extent of services matched carefully to your requirements, risk appetite and need for certainty.
