Director

Leigh brings with him over 26 years’ experience in the design, delivery and management of numerous projects in a number of different sectors. He has become skilled in managing clients, staff and contractors while undertaking a variety of roles and challenges under tight deadlines and limitations.

Leigh’s experience includes healthcare, education, defense, museums, and commercial projects ranging from AED 10 million to AED 1.2 billion.

Andy, with over 30 years in the construction industry, has amassed extensive experience over a wide range of projects, working as a contractor, client, consultant project manager and project director.

Andy has delivered 7 major hospital projects including several site redevelopments, in addition to which he was also seconded into the UK NHS at a senior level to oversee the creation of a £250M GBP Primary Care PFI for Sheffield, UK

Declan Devery Senior Project Manager

Declan has twenty years of international experience working in construction project management and contracting managing both pre and postcontract phases.

With a particular focus on delivering projects for Media and Broadcast companies (Sky News Arabia, OSN and Abu Dhabi Media), Declan has also been instrumental in project delivery across a range of sectors Hospitality, Healthcare, Commercial, Retail and high-end Residential building and fit-out projects.

Phadke Senior Design Manager

Over 25 years of diverse international work experience, including over 20 years in the UAE, with multinational organizations in all lead positions of Project Design & Documentation, Project Management and Project Delivery.

Major projects include KSA Pavilion EXPO2020, Shindagah Heritage Museum, Specialised Rehabilitation Hospital, Moorfields Eye Hospital, Amina Hospital Ajman, University of Sharjah laboratories

Project Manager in the real estate sector having responsibility across both the pre-contract and postcontract phases of significant projects, including:

· Daikin Warehouse & Offices fit-out and refurbishment

· Specialised Rehabilitation Hospital

· Community Manager across three residential projects of over 1,300 units

Jim has gained broad-ranging experience working on the design and construction phases of a number of leisure, culture and heritage museums, retail and F&B, production facilities and an industrial natural gas processing plant.

Major projects have included:

· Komatsu warehouse and training facility

· GAC warehouse and offices

· DPC Gate Building / In5

Media Innovation Centre

· Alyasra Fashion (DNKY) fitout
