Since relocating to the UAE Peter has worked on some of the most exciting and innovative projects in the region including; the Office of the Future, a 250 bed 75,000 sqm new build speciality hospital and delivery of a 3 million sqm mixed use development in Abu Dhabi.

Joshua has worked in a diverse range of sectors including hospitality, medical, oil & gas, residential and retail, having worked in offices with large contractors as well as smaller private firms. He has experience in analysing and preparing both technical and financial RFP’s, preparation of cost estimates and BoQ’s and supporting preparation of expert witness reports.
