COMMERCIAL SCAFFOLDING
We are experienced in a variety of commercial scaffold and access projects for a diverse range of buildings and clients. We are experts at working in public areas and in areas that need to continue to function commercially while works are underway. We regularly work in schools, high street stores, museums, hospitals and universities where access is required for maintenance or repair of the building and facilities.
NEW BUILD SCAFFOLDING
Whether a concrete frame, timber frame or traditional build method, our teams are skilled in all types of scaffolding on new build projects. We facilitate internal and external scaffolding at appropriate points and progressive set ups, ensuring other contractors
can continue work safely without
disruption.
DOMESTIC SCAFFOLDING
We provide scaffolding services for safe access to residential properties. Our teams are skilled at erecting and striking scaffolding in all residential settings with precision and care, from improvements to terraced houses to conversions of listed buildings.
DESIGN
We design all our scaffold solutions. For scaffolds that fall outside of the scope of the industry standard design TG20:13, we design a bespoke solution. Beginning at the tender stage, working closely with our clients to ensure that the scaffold design considers all relevant factors.

CASE STUDY BURY
STREET, LONDON
This project was one of complexity and required meticulous attention to detail.
One of our regular clients required scaffolding to be erected plus a large expanse of temporary roof built and fitted in order for them to carry out the scheduled works.
The vaulted basements below pavement level and the lack of tie points presented some considerations for our estimators and planning team. At ground level the street was busy with pedestrians and shops open for trading. All these factors needed to be reviewed in order to plan the project and carefully execute the day to day operation.
In addition, our client was working to a tight program and we needed to fully support them to ensure a successful outcome, which we did, and the project was delivered in just under 5 weeks.

CASE STUDY
66 HIGH STREET, UXBRIDGE
OUR CONTRACT TO ERECT AN INDEPENDENT, TIED, ACCESS SCAFFOLD TO THE EXTERNAL ELEVATIONS OF THIS NEW CONCRETE FRAME BUILD, REQUIRED A VARIETY OF TECHNIQUES AND SKILLS.
We fitted the entire scaffold with debris netting, installed a Layher staircase system and loading bays on each floor level. The building is located on a busy junction in Uxbridge so precise scheduling of deliveries of equipment and materials were essential.
Due to the position of the build, detailed scaffold design drawings were required to fully consider the implications of lack of space at ground level and beamwork. We were then able to overcome these challenges by installing cantilevered loading bays to service each floor level.
We worked closely with our client’s commercial department to ensure we were able to work efficiently on this busy site and that the project was delivered on budget.

CASE STUDY PRIORS
HALL, CORBY
Working with one of our nationwide house builders, we completed this project consisting of 81 units. The program was tight, especially at year end and half year end (June & December).
The scaffold was built progressively in 4 lifts, plus gable ends with gable end edge protection. Each block was fitted with a loading bay with rubbish chute and site staircase. The loading bay requirement was for a SWL of 15.0KN/M² UDL – which is our standard heavy-duty loading bay design for house builds. Birdcage scaffolds were installed to each floor level, with back propping to the underside of the joists on the first & second floors.
Following the successful completion of this project we are now working on phase 2 of the program with confirmation of phase 3. Our house building division prides itself on quality, health and safety and tidiness.

CASE STUDY
SWANLEA SCHOOL, LONDON
Often the works we carry out for schools will need to be during their holiday shutdowns.
The timings on this particular school project were extremely tight as we needed to complete the works within a six week period. Our contract was to erect and dismantle scaffolding to facilitate our client to carry out the works required within this time frame. Efficiency was of the upmost importance during this project.
On erection we had two teams on site working day and night, one team starting at 08:00hrs and finishing at 18:00hrs, then handing over to the second team who would finish at 04:00hrs. This gave us the advantage of being operational for 20 hours during every 24 hour period. We also had a team working on Saturdays and Sundays to maximise production.
With careful time management and teamwork, we achieved the successful completion of this scheme and were able to look forward to future projects with this now regular client.
