The cap is £30,000 which means when the company reaches £30,000 in commission from the agent then the agent retains 100% of the commission for the rest of the year.
The year runs from the date the agent joined so resets every year on that date.

advisors can sponsor agents and advisors to join the company.
When they join and name you as sponsor, you earn a percentage of the revenue that they generateeXp pays this out of their own split - it doesn’t come from the agents commission.



7.5% of the Revenue Pool
Agents at eXp can receive a share of the revenue from the sales activity of agents they bring into the company.
For each person you sponsor into eXp, you will earn on each and every deal that agents does, until the agent hits their own cap. That means, for an agent you have sponsored who caps, you will earn a guaranteed £1,400 across that year.
This continues to be paid to you as long as you remain an active agent and the agent you have brought into the business stays with eXp and generates sales. Revenue share is paid from the percentage that eXp receives and doesn’t reduce agent commission.
£1,750 per capping agent per year

The agents you sponsors, are incentivised the same as you. Meaning, the agents you sponsor, have a reason to go out and attract/sponsor agents themselves.
On top of the bonus you receive on the agents you bring in, you ALSO receive 20% of the revenue share pool generated from the agents that your agents have attracted (these agents are on your tier 2).
You can earn revenue share to a total of 7 tiers, just like the large traditional corporate estate agency business models.
Every agent in eXp has the same opportunity to build their organisation of agents, as if they were the CEO of their own large estate agency business.

eXp’s Revenue Share 2.0 empowers agents to build a sustainable business. When you bring new agents in to eXp and help them to succeed, then you’ll earn a generous portion of their commission revenue on an ongoing basis paid from eXp’s commission cut. The more agents you help when you bring them to eXp, the greater your earning potential.
This simple, transparent model creates a positive feedback loop - your efforts to eXpand the agent community directly translate into increased passive income. It’s a true win-win, fuelling the growth of eXp and your own financial security.
10% of Gross Commission Income (GCI) is applied to revenue share for all agents in your revenue share group. This means that as you help grow the eXp agent community, you’ll continue to earn a portion of their commissions, providing you with long-term, residual income. This creates a powerful incentive to sponsor and support new agents, as their success directly translates to your own financial rewards.
