let your heart be light!

The season of love is upon us. Connect with family and friends who bring you joy and rejoice in the feeing that it brings. Though the air may be crisp, soak in the sun when you can, and get out in nature to stay connected.
Winter can be a time to go inward. The stress of the season–and the year–can make us feel stuck, but if you can allow yourself to zoom out, you’ll see the leaps and bounds you’ve made. For it is through the most difficult times that we see the most growth in ourselves. Take this opportunity to reflect on the progress you’ve made over the last year and celebrate your wins.
Whether you’re taking care of your skin this winter, savoring the scents of a seasonal essential oil, or clearing the energy of a cluttered home, know you are exactly where you are supposed to be. The more you can connect to the present moment, the more happiness you will find there.
And when the world feels like too much, put your hand over your heart, breathe deeply, and come back to yourself. You are safe, you are loved, and you are so supported.

Welcome to your winter oracle reading! I have three cards from the Goddess and Sirens Oracle Deck, which are Morgan Le Fae, Eostre, and Brigid. Magic, new beginnings, and healing.

The first thing I want to talk about with Morgan Le Fae is magic and bringing magic into the season. Winter can make us feel sort of caged in or like we are unable to be as active as we would like to be. While physically you may not get out as much as you wish you could, this gives you a little time to focus on you. Focus on the interior design of yourself and ask the question: How can I bring magic into my life? You have power and it is real! Remember the power of intention is great.
The second card, Eostre, speaks of new beginnings. So when you look at Morgan Le Fae and pair it with Eostre, if you’re asking yourself where you could bring more magic into your life, I feel it will open the door for you to some things you didn’t necessarily expect but it might draw some excitement in. It feels like it would give a purpose in the season. Rejoice: a new you emerges, and you are blossoming!
And our final card, Brigid speaks of healing. When you find where that magical spark is for yourself and watch how it creates these new beginnings for you, it will sort of force your hand in healing. It may sneak up on you a bit, but allowing in something new and exciting that resonates with you will always reveal what in your life you've grown through and are ready to let go of. New inspirations need room to grow. So as we move through this, recognize what served a purpose for you at one point, but it's something you've mastered and are able to let go of. Be inspired to create - this in itself is healing.
With love, Theresa

There’s something almost magical about the way a scent can transport us how a single breath can awaken a memory, soften the edges of a long day, or bring back the warmth of holiday gatherings gone by. That’s the heart of doTERRA’s Holiday Joy, a blend crafted to capture the essence of the season in a single drop.

The Eastern European legend of the Christmas Spider begins with a poor family who didn’t have decorations for their Christmas tree. On Christmas morning, the tree was covered with cobwebs. When the first rays of sunlight touched the webs, they turned to gold and silver, bringing good luck and prosperity. In modern tradition, to hang a crystal spider on your tree is an omen of good fortune.

It is believed to bring joy, light, and prosperity into a space and is commonly used to cleanse a new home and create a sense of a fresh start. When temperatures drop, your skin feels it first. The mix of cold air, low humidity, and indoor heat can quickly strip away the skin’s natural moisture barrier, leaving it tight, itchy, and dull. You might notice flaking on your cheeks, redness around your nose, chapped lips, or hands that feel like sandpaper no matter how much lotion you use. Even oily or combination skin can feel off balance this time of year dry in some areas, shiny in others, and more prone to irritation or breakouts
Your skin barrier is like a wall of bricks and mortar. The “bricks” are your skin cells, and the “mortar” is made of natural oils and lipids that hold those cells together, sealing in hydration while keeping out irritants. Cold, dry air and hot showers weaken that barrier, causing moisture to evaporate and leaving your skin vulnerable.

To repair and protect it, your skin needs both hydration and moisture and yes, they’re different!

Hydration is the water content in your skin. It keeps your skin plump and supple.
Moisture is made up of oils and fats that lock that hydration in place. If you only hydrate without replacing lost oils, your skin might still feel dry. If you only add oils without hydrating first, your skin may feel greasy or congested. The magic happens when you find products that do both like L’BRI’s aloebased system.
Most skincare products use water as the first ingredient, which sounds fine… until you realize water simply evaporates off your skin. L’BRI starts every product with pure aloe vera, which penetrates deeper, delivers nutrients more effectively, and naturally soothes and heals. Aloe
hydrates at a cellular level, helping your skin absorb vitamins, antioxidants, and botanicals that strengthen and protect the barrier.
Plus, all L’BRI products are free from parabens, sulfates, artificial fragrance, and toxins. You’re giving your skin the good stuff without loading it up with unnecessary chemicals that can cause dryness or sensitivity.

L’BRI isn’t just skincare it’s a cleaner, smarter way to care for your skin. Every product starts with pure aloe vera, not water, so you get deeper hydration, faster absorption, and visible results. Combined with high-quality botanical oils, vitamins, and antioxidants, L’BRI delivers the hydration your skin craves without clogging pores or leaving residue. And every item comes with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, so you can try it risk-free. It only takes 26 seconds for what you put on your skin to enter your bloodstream — so choosing products with clean, healing ingredients truly matters.
You don’t need a ten-step routine to protect your glow. Focus on a few essentials that support your skin barrier and you’ll see (and feel) a difference within weeks.
1.Gentle Cleanser – Avoid harsh soaps that strip oils. Choose an aloe-based cleanser that removes dirt and makeup while keeping skin soft.
2.Hydrating Freshener or Toner – Rebalances pH and preps your skin to absorb nutrients.
3.Hyaluronic Intense Moisture Boost Serum – Hyaluronic acid holds up to 1,000 times its weight in water, drawing hydration deep into your skin. Apply to damp skin for best results.
4 Moisturizer for Your Skin Type – Restores softness with plant-based oils and peptides that help reduce fine lines and dryness.
5.Weekly Exfoliation – Slough away dull surface cells with the Facial Peel (made with gentle fruit enzymes) or Renew Facial or Body Exfoliator to reveal fresh, smooth skin underneath.
6.Body Care – Don’t forget hands and feet! Hand & Body Lotion or Body Butter hydrates and protects against winter itch — and are great for eczema-prone skin
Pro Tip: Before heading outdoors, apply moisturizer or lotion to exposed skin. It creates a barrier that locks in hydration and shields from cold, dry air.
When your skin feels good, you feel good. Whether you start with a free sample pack, book a personalized Glow Session, or simply swap your current products for aloe-based ones, you’ll notice your skin responding softer, calmer, and more radiant. This winter, take the time to nourish, protect, and elevate your glow. Your skin (and your confidence) will thank you.

I'll never forget the moment during my weekend shamanic training when we entered the life review portion. My ego was looking for every possible exit, scanning the room for doors, calculating how long I'd have to sit through this discomfort But my soul? My soul whispered clearly, "Buckle up, buttercup. We're doing this."
That moment taught me something profound about the dance between contraction and expansion, between struggle and soaring. And it's a dance I've been teaching highly sensitive individuals and emerging healers ever since.
Picture an arrow being pulled back on a bow. That pullback (that contraction) isn't punishment. It's preparation. It's the necessary tension that creates the momentum for your launch.
Yet most of us fight it. We resist the pullback. We judge ourselves for needing rest We push through when our souls are screaming for pause. And then we wonder why we keep cycling between burnout and giving up.
This resistance becomes especially loud during the winter months and holiday season. Just when nature is showing us how to slow down, rest, and go inward, our culture demands we speed up, show up, and give more. The trees are bare, the earth is quiet, and yet we're expected to be at our brightest and busiest. No wonder so many of us feel the struggle intensify during this time of year.
What I've learned shamanic training working with clien moves in rhythms nature. There are contraction where meant to go inwa release, and prep seasons of expan you're meant to t receive opportuni share your gifts.

The secret isn't to fight these rhythms. It's to dance with them.
You're fighting against your natural rhythm When your body and soul need rest, you keep pushing. When it's time to take action, you hold back out of fear. You burn out because you never learned it's okay to slow down. You give up because you don't realize that pulling back isn't failing it's preparing. The cycle keeps repeating because no one ever taught you how to work with
your natural rhythms instead of against them.
Sometimes having a roadmap makes all the difference. When you're in the thick of struggle, it's hard to see the way forward. That's why I created The Sacred Phoenix Process, four clear steps that guide you from wherever you are now to where your soul is calling you to be. These aren't complicated. They're simple steps that transform your toughest moments into your biggest breakthroughs.
“SIMPLE STEPS THAT TRANSFORM YOUR TOUGHEST MOMENTS INTO YOUR BIGGEST BREAKTHROUGHS.”
The first step is learning to recognize whether you're in a rest phase or a rise phase
You're in a contraction season (time to rest) when you need more alone time than usual, when your energy feels redirected inward rather than depleted, when you're questioning everything about your relationships, career, and life choices. Old emotions or patterns surface to be healed, and external opportunities feel forced or draining. This is your soul asking for space to transform.
You're in an expansion season (time to rise) when you have natural energy and enthusiasm, when opportunities flow with ease and you feel clear about your next steps. People are seeking you out, and what used to feel hard now feels manageable. This is your soul ready to share what you've been preparing.
The shift happens when you stop asking "Why is this happening TO me?" and start asking "What is this preparing me FOR?"
When I was in that shamanic life review, resisting every uncomfortable moment, I finally asked that question. And I realized it was preparing me to guide others, like you, through these exact transitions. The contraction had purpose.
START ASKING
You can't rise into a phoenix without the fire. Just as the mythical bird must burn away the old to make space for the new, you must consciously release what no longer serves your highest good.
In contraction seasons, you're releasing old beliefs about who you're supposed to be, relationships that drain your energy, patterns of people-pleasing or over-giving, and the need to have it all figured out. You're creating space for the new version of yourself that's emerging.
In expansion seasons, you're releasing the need to control exactly how things unfold, the habit of playing small to make others comfortable, perfectionism that keeps you from taking action, and the story that you're not ready yet. You're stepping into trust and allowing yourself to be fully seen.
This connects to the shamanic work I do with the energy of the snake. The snake teaches us about shedding what no longer serves. She doesn't apologize for leaving her old skin behind. She doesn't try to take it with her. She simply releases and moves forward.
“What is this preparing me for?”
I'm calling it out with love, RECEIVING is where most people sabotage themselves. You can recognize your season perfectly. You can release what's not serving you completely. But when it comes to actually RECEIVING what you've been preparing for? You question everything.
When an arrow is being pulled back, it doesn't question its worthiness to reach the target. It trusts its preparation and launches with confidence.
But humans? We question. We doubt. We tell ourselves we're not ready, not worthy, not enough.
Place your hand on your heart right now and say, "I am worthy of everything I desire."
How did that feel? Did your throat constrict? That contraction is information. That's your worthiness wound speaking.
After working with hundreds of clients, I have discovered the number one reason they keep getting stuck in the same cycles isn't because they don't know what to do. It's because they don't believe they're worthy of having what they desire.
This worthiness block will sabotage every other step. You can do all the inner work, all the healing, all the preparation, but if you don't believe you deserve to receive your expansion, you'll stay stuck in the pullback phase forever.
The final step is taking action that honors your current season.
In contraction, rising looks like setting boundaries that protect your energy, saying no to what drains you, doing the inner healing work, resting without guilt, and preparing your foundation. It's the sacred work of tending to your inner world so you have something solid to build upon when expansion comes.
In expansion, rising looks like saying yes to opportunities, increasing your visibility, making strategic investments in yourself, sharing your gifts boldly, and allowing yourself to be seen. It's the courageous work of stepping into the spotlight and trusting that you're ready.
The key is understanding that BOTH are forms of rising. Rest is not the absence of action, it's strategic, aligned action for your current season.

I used to think the goal was to reach expansion and stay there. To finally "arrive" and never contract again.
But that's not how life works. That's not how nature works. And thank goodness, because those contraction phases? They're where the deepest healing happens. They're where you remember who you really are beneath all the masks and expectations. The ocean doesn't apologize for low tide. The moon doesn't feel guilty for waning. They trust the process.
Your life has seasons, too. And when you learn to recognize them, release what's ready to go, receive what's coming, and rise in alignment with your rhythm everything changes.

You stop fighting yourself. You stop feeling broken when you need rest. You stop feeling guilty when you're called to expand.
You start dancing.
If you're reading this and feeling that pull—that knowing that you're ready to stop struggling and start soaring, trust that. That pull is your soul saying "buckle up, buttercup" in the best possible way.
The journey from stuck to soaring isn't about doing more or being more. It's about honoring your natural rhythms, healing your worthiness wounds, and taking aligned action from a place of deep self-trust.
HEATHER LaFOND
As we move deeper into winter and the reflective energy of the season, know that this is the perfect time to practice these steps. While the world around you may be demanding more, your soul may be calling you to contract, to go inward, to prepare. And that's not only okay it's sacred. Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is allow yourself to be supported on that journey, whether through mentorship, community, or immersive experiences in sacred spaces that accelerate your transformation.
No matter what, that arrow is going to pull back. Will you fight the contraction, or will you trust that it's preparing you for your greatest launch yet?

While Jennifer Glandt always had a inclination toward the spiritual, she was so busy with her day-to-day life that she didn’t prioritize her own inner work A language (and culture) teacher for over thirty years teaching Spanish and English as a Second Language at the high school and technical college levels, Jennifer has only recently stepped into sharing the language of Feng Shui with clients.
After several years of exploring the benefits of Feng Shui in her own home and for family and friends, Jennifer completed a certification in Feng Shui and established Resonant Spaces LLC in the spring of 2023. She had seen first hand how physical changes made in her own home and yard resulted in far-reaching changes to her experiences.
With the building interest for “inner work,” Jennifer wants people to realize how much our environments can be a metaphor for our external world and can ultimately guide that internal work. She wants people to see their homes (or workspaces) as a 3D vision board. When you feel stuck or that you don’t have any agency in your life, changes to your physical space (that you CAN control) can result in real changes in the external world you can’t control directly.
Seeing positive changes for herself and her family after their own shift in the way they engaged with their space made Jennifer want to share this discovery with others Finally embracing her spiritual inclinations has led to many wonderful connections for Jennifer.
“IREALLYENJOYHELPINGOTHERS TOSEEANDENGAGEWITHTHEIR SPACEINAWHOLENEWWAY.”
Outside of the Feng Shui space, Jennifer is fascinated by the connections between various cultures and their seemingly different traditions. She feels there is an ancient common denominator from which they all sprung and that rediscovering this lost knowledge will go a long way in helping us handle our current problems both at the personal and collective levels.
When Jennifer isn’t teaching Feng Shui classes and consulting with clients, she loves to travel, read, hike, and spend time in nature and with her family

Feng Shui is an ancient design philosophy that looks at how the spaces we live and work in affect our energy, mindset, and overall well-being. Here is a very basic introduction to some of the key aspects involved in the practice of Feng Shui. At its core, it’s about creating harmony between people and their environments using spatial flow, light, materials, and intention to support how you want to feel and function in a space. As you will see, there is much more to it than just “furniture placement.”
Decluttering and fixing/replacing old or broken items is the very first step Give yourself a clean and clear space to work with before attempting to apply any other Feng Shui recommendations. This is huge! A few years back, my husband and I did a huge purge. We discarded a lot and gave away carloads of items to friends, neighbors, and charity. They say that every pound that a person loses relieves four pounds of pressure on their knees. I felt like the energy of the home itself shifted with the release of the excess weight of
all the items! In addition to the “weight,” clutter can also create a “dam” which blocks the flow of energy through your space–something we definitely don’t want!
Decluttering sounds easy in theory, but in practice it is often challenging. People hang on to things out of fear (what if I need it someday…) and guilt (it was a gift from grandma…). The real problem, though, is the emotion, the fear or guilt, that is triggered every time you interact with that item. You may be consciously aware of the emotion it triggers but oftentimes it operates subconsciously. This can lead to feeling discomfort in your space without knowing why
So trust that if you release something that you haven’t used in years, you will be
able to replace or borrow that item if needed. And in the meantime, someone is actually using it! Lovingly passing it on creates a more positive energy!
The Bagua map is a template placed over any defined area–a property, a house, a room, even a desktop! It’s akin to reflexology for your space! The map divides the space into nine guas or sectors. Each gua is aligned with a specific area of life. For example, if you identify the specific gua that contains clutter, chances are that it will align with an area of your life that is currently experiencing some issues! The placement of the map is quite simple if your floorplan is square or rectangular. If your layout is more unique, you will probably want a consultation.

Many Western traditions speak of the four elements: fire, water, earth, and air. In Feng Shui, they speak of five elements: fire, water, earth, wood, and metal. The interaction of these elements is directly applicable to working with the Bagua map. The goal, of course, is balance. Each element has positive and negative attributes. One way to apply this is to consider that fire can give warmth, energy, vitality but it can also melt, burn, and destroy. So you definitely wouldn’t want too much fire in your wood gua!
Most people are familiar with the black and white Yin/Yang symbol but its meaning runs far deeper. When applying Yin and Yang to Feng Shui in order to design a balanced space, we consider that yin is soft and flowy. Yang is hard. Yin is curved. Yang is straight. Yin is dark. Yang is light and bright. And so on…
People who go through the motions of Feng Shui will likely see some shifts. This said, the true power of working within this framework comes from doing so intentionally. I love to think of my space as a 3D

vision board. When every item in your space serves a purpose and reminds you of your intentions, your subconscious constantly reinforces the goals you’ve set.
What is resonance? Well, without getting too scientific, here’s an easily understood example. Think of a person on a swing and someone pushing them The added force of the push allows the swing to reach higher. Living in a resonant space gives you that extra push and helps you “swing” higher!
Thus, when you spend time in this intentionally designed space, the resonance between you and the space will amplify the intentions.
If you have been exploring alternative health and wellness modalities such as Reiki, Human Design, Sound Therapy, Biotuning, and more, I encourage you to not forget
Having sessions or treatments helps but then you need to return to a home environment that supports and maintains the work that you’ve done. Feng Shui goes beyond interior design. It views health holistically. I LOVE this! In Feng Shui, health is more than just the body itself because ultimately everything is interconnected. Your body, mind, soul, and spirit influence–and are influenced by–your environment And, when you heal your personal space, that ripples out to the surrounding environment and beyond. That benefits everyone!

Serving Sheboygan County and all the communities surrounding my clinic locations in Sheboygan and Cascade, my work as an acupuncturist is deeply rooted in connection to the body, to the spirit, and to the community around me. At 7 Stones
Acupuncture & Wellness, my intention is simple: to create a space where people can feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing. Whether someone visits because of chronic pain, emotional overwhelm, allergies, or simply a desire to feel more balanced, the heart of my practice is helping individuals reconnect with the harmony that already exists within them
While acupuncture in general is becoming more common and widely accepted, the approach I use is one you won’t find anywhere else in Wisconsin. My practice is grounded in Kototama Inochi Life Medicine, a Japanese lineage of acupuncture and energetic medicine that views wellness as a dynamic relationship between the body’s organ systems and the deeper spiritual currents that animate our lives. This isn’t “spiritual” in the vague or abstract sense it’s the lived expression of how we feel, think, move, breathe, and interact with the world. When our organ systems fall out of balance, we experience it in our spirit: Our mood shifts, our mental clarity wavers, our energy dips, and our sense of connection
becomes strained. When we restore that balance energetically, something opens. People feel more like themselves again.
Kototama Inochi Medicine has been at the center of my training and calling for many years, and offering it to this area my home, my community feels nothing short of meaningful. Each treatment blends Japanese acupuncture, moxibustion, hand work, and energetic techniques designed to re-harmonize the body from the inside out. What I love most is how gentle, precise, and deeply intuitive this method is. Needles are used sparingly and often with the lightest touch, yet the effects can be profound. By guiding the organ systems back toward equilibrium, we aren't just treating symptoms we are supporting the person’s entire state of being.
People often come in expecting acupuncture to be solely a physical intervention, but Kototama invites us to consider the whole landscape of our lives We’re not adjusting energy for the sake of energy; we’re helping your system remember how to function with ease. This is why people frequently report not only physical relief but also emotional grounding, clearer thinking, deeper sleep, and a renewed sense of alignment. The work is both subtle and powerful, and it is one of my greatest joys to witness how this medicine meets people exactly where they are.

struggle with in Wisconsin. Between seasonal changes, agricultural environments, indoor allergens, and food sensitivities, many residents spend months of each year in discomfort. Because of this, I offer SAAT Soliman’s Auricular Allergy Treatment at my Sheboygan clinic location. SAAT has become one of the most transformative treatments for individuals with persistent or severe allergies.
I’ve been offering SAAT for three years now, and the results continue to speak for themselves. A typical SAAT session is about 25 minutes long. During the treatment, a small, specialized pin is placed in the ear and retained for a minimum of three weeks. That tiny, steady stimulus communicates with the body continuously during that time, teaching the system to change how it responds to the allergen For many people, the reaction to the allergen is completely resolved; for others, symptoms decrease by 50 to 80 percent. And in most cases, only one treatment per allergen is needed.
The first session always includes testing for two important pieces: a Mast Cell Activation Syndrome response and a histamine allergy. Both can mimic true allergic reactions even
when the allergen itself isn’t the problem. Clearing these responses alone has led some clients to experience a 50 to 85 percent reduction in their symptoms and for some, the reactions have disappeared entirely. SAAT is simple, effective, and remarkably lifechanging, especially for those who have tried everything else.
Whether someone comes to see me for allergies, chronic pain, digestive issues, hormonal regulation, stress, or spiritual realignment, my work always circles back to the same place: connection and harmony Healing, in my experience, is not a linear or isolated process. It unfolds when the body finally feels supported enough to shift, when the spirit feels acknowledged, and when the mind feels safe to soften. My role is not to “fix” anyone it’s to create a space where your system can remember what wellness feels like and begin to move toward it again.
I’m grateful every day to serve the people of Sheboygan County and the many surrounding communities that make up this region’s vibrant, interconnected landscape. Whether you come from Sheboygan, Cascade, Plymouth, Kohler, Manitowoc, or anywhere surrounding either clinic, you are welcome at 7 Stones. Each person who walks through the door brings their own story, their own challenges, and their own inner wisdom and it is an honor to support that journey.
Thank you for being part of this community and for continuing to seek deeper ways to care for yourself. May your path forward feel grounded, clear, and supported in every way.
Submitted by Mary Ann Morris
In the quiet moment when the heart opens, something beyond the ordinary reveals itself...the whisper of truth, the pulse of love, the essence of who we truly are. For Mary Ann Morris, that doorway arrived through her son’s journey with autism, where she discovered the gift of soul-tosoul communication: seeing with the heart, past autism and straight to the soul. From that threshold she stepped into her calling as a channel of the Divine Mother, a guide of Christ Consciousness, a healer for those ready to remember their light.
Based in De Pere, Wisconsin, and offering both in-person and remote/zoom sessions, Mary Ann blends somatic awareness with cosmic resonance. Trained first as a Reiki Master and drawing on intuitive, energetic, and multidimensional capacities, she holds a sacred space where deep healing and remembrance can unfold. Her website describes her work as:
“GUIDING
There, she invites clients into a field where intuition, energy transmission, and divine, cosmic and elemental frequencies all converge in service of reconnection.
Mary Ann’s offerings are designed to meet you wherever you are - whether you’re fifteen, fortyfive, or seventy-five - and to open the gateway into a deeper way of living.
PURE ENERGY HEALING & CRYSTAL SESSIONS
GALACTIC HEALINGS & SOUL READINGS
These sessions use subtle body work, crystalline frequencies, and divine light to clear dense energies. Clients often describe a palpable shift: Stillness returns, soul fragments are reclaimed, and a new clarity emerges.
In small group or one-onone formats, Mary Ann guides through breath, vibration, and sacred container to release what no longer serves and step into what’s next.
Here you’ll explore your higher story...your soul’s origin, soul ancestry, and mission. These readings honor your unique soul journey and help you align with the purpose you came to embody on Earth.
As a facilitator of The Atomic Success Secrets Group, Mary Ann guides participants into powerful daily transformations through simple yet profound energetic practices. Drawing from the group’s signature process of presence, body awareness, and connection to infinite energy, she helps members dissolve mental noise, reconnect with their inner essence, and experience tangible shifts in real time. Meeting five days a week for one hour over Zoom, the group practices noticing, releasing, and attuning to the “total perfected essence” within, creating rapid, embodied change in every area of life. Each session is a living field of healing, where Mary Ann and her fellow facilitators lead participants into deeper clarity, emotional balance, and alignment with their heart’s true desire, exactly as modeled in the group’s core process.
GUIDANCE & RAPID PROMPTING METHOD (RPM) SESSIONS
With deep compassion and experience, Mary Ann supports families, children, teens, and adults on the spectrum, bringing light, somatic integration, and energetic clarity.
In a world filled with distraction, disconnection, and spiritual language that sometimes feels hollow, Mary Ann’s work is a return to the heart. She meets the sacred and the ordinary: the cosmic and the grounded. She holds space where you don’t just talk about awakening...you live it. You don’t just hope for change...you feel it.
For children and teens who sense they don’t quite fit, for adults longing for soul-level meaning, for families seeking light and alignment, this is not about chasing something far away. It is about remembering what is already here: your body, your heartbeat, your alignment, your resonance. Through love. Through presence Through reclamation.

If you feel a gentle stir in your being, a longing for something more luminous, or the whisper of a path calling you home...you are seen. Mary Ann offers you a doorway.
From the comfort of your own home via Zoom, or in person at her De Pere space, you can step into a session or group gathering. Whether you’re ready for a one-on-one journey or wish to join a collective experience, the field is open.
May your journey be felt, not just imagined. May the light you carry be remembered. Heaven is not a distant place you travel to...it is a way you become. And in this sacred space, Mary Ann Morris holds that invitation for you.

WISDOM FROM THE STARS
These are short channeled messages for the collective.
Submitted by Jessica Clayborn, Inward Path Counseling

I have a sign hanging in my office that says, “If you want to change the world, go home and love your family.” Widely credited to Mother Theresa, upon further investigation, I found out this quotation was paraphrased. When asked what can be done to promote world peace, she had answered, “Go home and love your family.” And wow, do I feel the need for change and the need for peace, now more than ever.
Perhaps it is not as out of reach as one may think, for I do believe that change and peace begins in the home. As a clinician, I spend most of my time in sessions exploring beliefs formed during childhood that no longer serve the client. Negative messages the client received while growing up that impacted their self-perception and created behaviors that now get in the way of them making connections in their relationships. Defense mechanisms, walls, avoidance, shutdowns, a disconnect that we have created to protect ourselves. So, what if, instead, we let our guards down, we lean into unconditional love? This is not to say that we let others take advantage of us, or treat us poorly, but that we see past the defenses of one another and instead see the love. We look under the walls of the other person, and we focus on the emotion. We look for the way the people we care about show up for us instead of the ways we wish they did. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a big ask, and honestly, I find it challenging myself. But with the holidays drawing nearer, and along with that, more time with extended family members, is there a way we can set aside our differences and instead simply embrace our similarities? Can we love the people around us unconditionally as an act towards making change in what we want to see in the world? I ask you to consider, is there a way for you to make more room at your table this year for love?
