There will be chef demonstrations, tastings, special Festival menus in venues across town, a special festive Fife Farmers’ Market, and a gala dinner. This year’s Festival is expected to run over a 15-day period, focusing mainly around the St Andrew’s Day weekend celebrations (28-30 November).
