Vacation: 15 days per year. At the end of every calendar year (Dec. 31) every employee that has actually taken 15 or more normal vacation days, properly recorded on payroll vendor, will earn two FTO days for the starting calendar year.

Holidays: 16 days per year.

Payment of 3 days of the year’s first medical Leave Marriage: 5 days and a bonus of CLP $100,000.

Birth: bonus of CLP $100,000 Paternity Leave: 10 days.

Bereavement leave: 7 days in case of death of spouse or children, 5 days in case of parents. Financial support of CLP $300,000.

Volunteer Time Off: Up to 16 hours per year to participate in volunteering activities.

Annual Compensation Experian’s pay programs are designed to be competitive compared with other companies in the market. All regular employees are eligible for base and variable pay opportunities that are directly impacted by their individual performance.

Annual Performance Plan The APP bonus is based on a pay-for-performance rationale and is designed to support and enable Experian’s employees to deliver quality products and services to our clients. The APP bonus payout is subject to individual performance and the accomplishment of company goals.

Referral Bonus An employee who refers a candidate who gets selected for a position and remain there for at least 3 months will receive CLP$110,000.

Life Insurance In case of death, the employee’s beneficiaries will receive 24 monthly salaries.

Medical Insurance With Experian’s medical insurance policy, you can get medical care from private doctors and hospitals. There is also dental support in case of an urgency. Also, you can include your children and spouse / partner at a low cost.

Business Trip Insurance If Experian needs you to travel, we’ll provide insurance in case of an accident during your trip.
