From easy-going cultural escapes to demanding mountain hikes, we have a trip to suit every type of adventurer. To help you find one that matches your preferences and fitness, we’ve assigned each with an Activity Level and Comfort Level. Here’s what these two ratings mean.
When it comes to small-group adventures, it’s essential to choose a trip that matches your ability, experience, and fitness. That’s why we assign each of our adventures an Activity Level, ranging from Easy to Tough, to indicate how physically demanding the journey will be. Since the challenges vary by trip type, we provide tailored descriptions for each program to help you find the right fit.
We assess the difficulty of our hiking trips based on factors like daily distance and elevation gain, with trips assigned one of seven Activity Levels, ranging from Easy to Tough. On Easy hikes, you can expect relaxed walks of up to 5 miles per day, allowing for free time to enjoy your surroundings. Tough trips can cover up to 15 miles per day and require excellent fitness and previous experience.
While our trips in these four programs are typically less active, all require a sense of adventure. The Activity Levels here are determined by two factors. The first is the duration and difficulty of the included activities, such as on-foot sightseeing or guided walks. The second is the overall pace, which includes any early starts and longer journeys.
Our 5 Cycling Activity Levels are determined by daily distance and elevation gain. Easy trips typically involve two to four hours of cycling per day, mostly on paved roads. Our Challenging trips are designed for experienced cyclists, with six to eight hours of riding per day, often involving steeper climbs and more rugged terrain.
We offer several different types of Winter adventures. For most Winter trips, including our multi-activity, Northern Lights or cultural trips, we consider the difficulty of the activities and overall pace, including early starts and journeys. For snowshoeing adventures, we consider the distance covered, height gained, terrain and fitness requirements.
For a deeper dive into our Activity Levels, visit exodustravels.com/activity-levels or call to speak to one of our experts.
Whether you’re a seasoned mountaineer with several summits behind you or embarking on your first small-group adventure, choosing the right trip is key to making the most of your experience. And the places you stay are a big part of that.
That’s why we’ve introduced Comfort Levels—an easy guide that rates accommodations from Simple to Premium. Each trip is given an overall Comfort Level, based on the average of all the places you’ll stay. For more details, you can explore a day-by-day breakdown of your accommodations on our website.
Our Premium trips deliver the wow factor with properties worth writing home about. Indulge in excellent service and premium facilities across our distinctive properties, from luxury Bedouin camps in the Wadi Rum desert to Egyptian palaces with Nile views and restored Italian monasteries. For a combination of style, authenticity and a little bit of luxury, our Premium adventures are perfect.
If you want a little more from your accommodation, book yourself a Superior trip. The properties we use often include an extra special feature or two, such as a stunning location, renowned restaurant, or photo-worthy view. Rooms are thoughtfully designed for both style and comfort, with air conditioning in hotter climates and consistently high levels of service to enhance your experience.
Book a Classic trip and enjoy accommodations that offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. We prioritize small, family-run properties that provide a warm, authentic experience, but you may also stay in larger hotels with added amenities like pools, lounge areas, or gardens. In warmer climates, expect air conditioning or fans to keep you cool. Private bathrooms are standard, with a few exceptions—such as Japan’s traditional ryokans, where shared facilities are part of the charm.
Simple trips are typically our most adventurous. Accommodations are modest but full of character: picture Nepalese tea houses, dorm-style bunks, or mountain refuges. Most of our camping trips fall into this category, whether it’s wild camping on the banks of the Zambezi River or more equipped campsites along the Tour du Mont Blanc. If you’re seeking a back-to-basics adventure that brings you closer to nature, this is the perfect choice.

Adventure travel is transformational in so many ways. We see proof every day: in the landscapes we explore, communities we visit, and wildlife we encounter. For that reason, we’re always working hard to improve our impact on the places, people and planet we visit – to ensure Exodus does a world of good. Here is a taste of the exciting sustainability-focused projects we are working on.
The elephants of Kenya are safari icons, but for the communities living on the Tsavo National Park border, they can also cause life-threatening damage by destroying crops and water tanks.
To help create a land where wildlife and humans can both thrive, we launched the Free to Roam project in 2021 with conservation experts the Tsavo Trust and the Tofauti Foundation. Together, we empower local communities to fence off 10% of their land for permaculture, while dedicating the rest to nature.
Three years on and the change has been incredible.
In the Shirango and Kamungi communities, there have been no reported incidents of human-elephant conflict among the supported households, nor with any other larger animals.
Additionally, with 10% of the land dedicated to farming, they have significantly improved their harvests, with 70% more crops compared to previous years. This should sustain each household for three to six months, greatly enhancing
food security and significantly reducing the risk of hunger during droughts. The good news is that we’re looking to extend this successful model further, but we need your help! Support us at exodus.enthuse.com/freetoroam#!/
We’re changing the landscape in Italy, quite literally, by rewilding 100sqm in the Apennines for every one of our passengers. Since launching in 2021, we have secured 651 hectares – about the size of Gibraltar –
for the project, which should help the natural ecosystem recover and nature to thrive. But that’s only the beginning.
With our partners Rewilding Apennines, we also removed 6,075m of barbed wire, planted 120 fruit trees to boost food sources for the local brown bears, and held three community events on rewilding, which were attended by more than 200 local people.
To see what else we’re doing, visit exodustravels.com/rewilding
Our non-profit organisation, the Exodus Adventure Travels Foundation, support projects that empower local communities to protect and restore nature.
In 2023, we provided water pumps and modified cattle sheds for 177 households in India, saving 1,200 trees. We also ran mountain guide training in Tanzania for seven women through our Mountain Lioness
Scholarship scheme and delivered 500 Freedom Kit Bags (hygienic, reusable sanitary wear) to women across rural villages in Nepal, along with stigmareducing community training on reproductive health.
We’ve got lots more projects in the pipeline, so visit exodustravels.com/foundation to learn more or to donate.
From snowy northern Finland to tropical Costa Rica via the Zambezi River, our Citizen Science Departures map biodiversity around the planet – and have even discovered endangered species.
On these extra-special departures, groups collect freshwater samples, which, through laboratory analysis, reveal any animals active in the area.
We led 37 Citizen Science Departures in 2023 across 13 countries, finding 287 species, including seven endangered and 13 invasive. This vital data can now be used to inform the protection of the wildlife in these 13 nations.

We can’t escape the fact that travel leaves a footprint; however, we can do everything in our power to make ours smaller. That’s why we measure – and show you, in this brochure and on our website – the CO2e generated per person, per day for each trip. See the ‘At a glance’ section of each trip description on the following pages.
Put simply, CO2e (or carbon dioxide equivalent) is a unit to measure all greenhouse gas emissions, not just carbon dioxide. Getting an accurate estimate isn’t easy, so we teamed up with the experts at ecollective, who not only helped us calculate the overall emissions, but also broke it down per trip by transport, accommodation, activities, meals and guides. That’s a gamechanger. Having these figures helps us make real reductions in the footprint of our adventures.
Visit exodustravels.com/carbonmanagement for more.

It’s the perfect balance: the freedom to travel on your own, combined with the support, safety, and enriching connections that come from exploring in a group led by an expert guide. “I always feel a bit famous seeing my name on the transfer board at the airport and have a huge sense of relief when I see the Exodus board along with the anticipation of meeting my leader and my group, as I can then relax and let the experience unfold! I’ve kept in touch with a lot of people from my Antarctica trip – we even have a WhatsApp group called “Penguin Pals”. I would have been too scared to go camping in Antarctica, take a polar plunge or go canoeing below the Antarctic Circle by myself, but being with the group of friendly travellers put me at ease and I was able to thoroughly enjoy it.”
Lorna Frier
“The simplicity of head torches, cups, and camp chairs, eating food freshly cooked over the fire can be a real ‘at one with nature’ moment, especially when the wildlife joins you for dinner. I’ve shared mealtimes with George, a warthog in Uganda and a bull elephant who came for a drink in Namibia. I’ll never forget our leader’s bushman’s pie he made over a campfire in Botswana. But it’s not just about the memorable dinners. You will, without question, make new friendships as a solo. I promised myself an adventure every year after I turned 40. My friends are all married with children so solo travelling was my only option, and I’ve never looked back.”
“I travelled to Portugal alone and had a lovely roommate assigned to me – in fact, all of us hit it off. Our three guides were highly professional – well-prepared, helpful, supportive, friendly, accommodating and organised. We understood where we’d be riding the next day, what time we’d leave, and roughly what time we’d arrive at the next hotel. Our route took us through a variety of gorgeous landscapes – cliffs overlooking the ocean, small towns with roosters crowing, a medieval town encircled by fortified walls, beach towns painted bright colours, pine forests, sand dunes, and marshes. I believe there’s no better way to appreciate that kind of scenery than by travelling on a bike.”

VERIANO VERDE Exodus Leader
Italian film director, Federico Fellini, may have originally coined the term “La Dolce Vita”, but no one embodies this mindset quite like our local Italian Leader, Veriano Verde. Passionate about showcasing the sheer beauty of the legendary trails, olive groves and quaint limoncello shops dotted along the Amalfi Coast, Veriano encourages his travelers to embrace ‘La Dolce Vita’, in all its forms.
Growing up in the small town of Castellammare di Stabia, on the Gulf of Naples, Veriano said, “My parents always taught me to appreciate the beauty of the Amalfi Coast and would often take me on weekend trips and summer holidays to stay at their house in Agerola, so I always had a love for the outdoors.”
When asked how he became a guide, Veriano explained, “It was a serendipitous turn of events that led me to become a qualified trekking guide. I initially studied engineering and had a side venture owning a bed and breakfast in Agerola, but over the years as I began to explore more of my local area, I quickly fell in love with it. I was, and still am to this day, particularly captivated by the Punta Campanella trail, Baia di Ieranto, and the Sentiero degli Dei.” After a friend encouraged him to enrol in a trekking guide course, he got an unexpected call to lead a group to Monte Tre Calli, and the rest is history. “From that day forward, with every hike I led, my passion grew stronger. I consider myself incredibly fortunate that my “office” is one of the most beautiful and visited places in the world. The idea of going to “work” has never felt burdensome because every day, I’m doing what I love.”
To Veriano, “La Dolce Vita”, is about embracing a lifestyle that prioritizes joy, beauty, and connection. “It’s a philosophy that encourages everyone to slow down, appreciate the world around them, and find happiness in everyday life. I strongly believe that it doesn’t matter if you’ve lived on the Amalfi Coast all your life or you’re just passing through, everyone who visits can’t help but embrace “La Dolce Vita”. You see, the magic of this region lies in its unparalleled natural beauty, rich culinary traditions, and the warm, welcoming spirit of its people, and this is what I aim to show on every trip I lead.”
His favorite hike is undoubtedly, “the Sentiero degli Dei (Path of the Gods)” Veriano said. “It’s more than just a hike; it’s a journey through time and myth. I love to see the awe and wonder in travelers’ eyes when they walk this trail for the first time and hear the legends behind this incredible route. I particularly enjoy taking travelers to the shepherd’s hut, it’s a special place on the path.”
“I consider myself incredibly fortunate that my ‘office’ is one of the most beautiful and visited places in the world.”
But it’s not all about the hike, “La Dolce Vita”, can also mean physically indulging in the sweeter things in life, so while you’re in the region, Veriano recommends visiting L’Alambicco in Agerola. “It’s an exceptional family-run limoncello business, where three passionate brothers pour their expertise into every aspect of their craft.” If you don’t have a sweet tooth, Veriano suggested that you give Scialatielli all’Amalfitana a try. “This fresh, thick pasta is typical of the Amalfi Coast. It’s often served with a rich seafood sauce made from clams, mussels, shrimp, and squid, cooked with garlic, cherry tomatoes, white wine, and parsley – it’s a dish not to be missed.” Reflecting on this breathtaking region, Veriano said, “I have a deep affection for the triangle of Amalfi, Ravello, and Atrani. This trio of towns perfectly captures the genuine essence of the Amalfi Coast – a flawless combination of natural beauty, rich history, and thriving local culture. Everyone should experience this place at least once in their lifetime.”
Situated in the hillside village of Bomerano, overlooking Conca dei Marini, is the wonderful family-run Hotel Due Torri. Creating a home-away-fromhome since 1983, the Acampora family and staff all exude a certain warmth and hospitality, which larger hotels often lack. Their bustling restaurant serves authentic Campanian dishes and holds lively pizza-making demonstrations, for travelers who are keen to learn how to make Neapolitan pizza, the traditional way. With 41 cosy rooms in total, the hotel also offers a small hydromassage pool, perfect for resting your legs post-hike.

Edwind Colque Exodus Leader of the Year
It’s no secret that we work with some of the best guides in the business – and Edwind Colque leads by example. His strong leadership skills, attentiveness and courage in the face of adversity are just some of the reasons why you voted for him and we named Edwind our winner of the Exodus Adventure Travels Leader of the Year 2023.
Every year, we highlight a leader whose dedication and skill go above and beyond what is required and Edwind was an obvious contender to win our coveted award from the start. Born in Iquitos, his family later moved to Cusco where a job opportunity opened up to become a porter on the Inca Trail. As he hiked towards Machu Picchu, Edwind knew he wanted to become a fully qualified tour guide. “I saw first-hand how rewarding it was. One of the tour guides took me under her wing and I said to her that one day I’ll be trekking alongside her as a guide – I’m so glad life took me in this direction.”
Our local operator in Peru, Fernando Rodriguez, commented, “Edwind began working with us back in 2011. His strong sense of responsibility and unrelenting passion meant that he swiftly climbed the ranks. He’s also a great ambassador of the Andean culture. Speaking fluent Quechua, Edwind ran the first-ever Quechuan-language guided tour in Machu Picchu for the porters, as part of Exodus’ Inca Trail Porter Project, which aims to take groups of Peruvian porters to see Machu Picchu for the very first time. This was undoubtedly a pivotal and very poignant moment in his career.”
Many of our customers have commended Edwind for his attentiveness, unwavering enthusiasm and broad local knowledge. Azra Ghani summed
up her experience by explaining, “It was my first trip with Exodus, and after traveling solo extensively, I had fairly minimal expectations of what a team leader would provide – assuming they would just guide us through the walk, but I couldn’t have been more wrong!” She elaborated by saying, “Edwind’s comprehensive knowledge of Peruvian history, the environment and local politics meant I learnt far more than I expected to.” Edwind’s excellent organizational skills are another cornerstone of his guiding style, Azra commented, “It became clear that he was managing a much larger operation including airport transfers, facilities at the hotels, and the most demanding, organizing the team of porters and chefs during the trail. The fact that it all worked so smoothly is a testament to his management skills.”
Edwind also ensures that he puts the safety of his group above all else. No one knows this better than Deborah Orsini, as she saw him courageously spring into action when her sister-in-law suddenly fell ill.
“He was the epitome of courage and leadership. His skill in negotiating the trail in the dark, while also leading his team who had already hiked 10 hours that day, certainly saved my sister-in-law’s life. We are forever grateful to Edwind.”
When asked what winning meant to him, Edwind said, “I am so honored by this award because it’s an acknowledgement of my dedication to the job. With the prize money, I’m going to book a trip to the UK this year and walk across Tower Bridge - that’s been a dream of mine for a long time!”
If you’d like to explore Peru with Edwind, join him on our Inca Trail Titicaca & Nazca (TPD), Inca Trail (TPT) or our Inca Trail & the Amazon Rainforest (TPJ)

For almost two thousand years, the vast trade routes of the Silk Roads transformed world societies and economies, as goods and ideas flowed between China and Europe along the 4,000-mile pathways through Central Asia. Journalist Matt Quinton recounts the highlights of his recent trip along The Silk Road.
Taking in the vast landscapes of Kyrgyzstan, stylish cities of Kazakhstan, and fabulous historical monuments of Uzbekistan, this feels very much like three trips in one.
My expedition starts in remote Kyrgyzstan, where much of the population only relatively recently stopped living nomadically. The scenery of the steppes really is breathtaking, with huge plains stretching out to the horizon, rimmed with towering mountains. It’s not hard to envisage Genghis Khan and his horde sweeping over the hilltops – as indeed he once did, before adding these lands to his mighty empire. Everywhere I travel here, I feel like I’m heading into the unknown territory of the ‘Wild East’. Fortunately, my group of 15 are expertly led by our local guide, Vitaly.
Before getting off the beaten track, we start with a city tour in the capital of Bishkek. I’ll admit I wasn’t completely up to speed with Kyrgyzstan’s past as one of the 15 Soviet Republics, but as Vitaly patiently fills in the blanks at the foot of one of the country’s many statues of Russian revolutionary Vladimir Lenin, it starts to come to life. And when he points out the bullet holes still in evidence at Government buildings, the country’s tricky transition to democracy in recent decades suddenly feels very real and very current.
In the remote Djety Oguz mountains we spend a night in a traditional Kyrgyz yurt, admiring the stars which are almost overwhelmingly bright. We enjoy our evening meal in the communal eating yurt, seated on the floor as we tuck in at the traditional low tables. With the lights dim, Vitaly tells us how for centuries the Kyrgyz made their homes on these slopes, and still do today in smaller numbers. This whole evening is a real one-off experience and when it comes to an end, I bury myself in a mound of blankets and fall asleep peacefully while listening to the horses whickering and the sounds of the river. In the morning, we are offered the chance to ride one of those horses in the gorgeous mountain setting, then enjoy a leisurely downhill walk into the valley below, with those huge peaks gradually rising around us as we descend.
But my absolute trip highlight is watching a demonstration of how the nomadic peoples still use eagles to hunt. My group stand on the side of the mountain, mouths agape, while the hunter sits at the peak on his horse, with Golden Eagle ‘Kara-Barachyn’ perched on his wrist. She surveys the territory before swooping down, huge wings spread, and spearing the lure at our feet with her huge talons. It’s an amazing sight to see with your own eyes –and after we’re given the chance to get our own pictures astride the horse with the eagle on our arm.
And then there is the 2,500-year-old city of Samarkand. The towering madrassas of Registan Square are absolutely dazzling, with blue and yellow tiles which sparkle in the light at dusk. Each building is architecturally different, but the matching color scheme mean together they create an almost overwhelming impression of collective size and scale – this is where I get some of my best vacation snaps.
After dark, Samarkand, is a great place to pick up souvenirs in souk marketplaces like Siab Bazaar – including, of course, some wonderful silks. In Soviet times, Uzbekistan supplied the entire USSR with cotton – a fact brought to life by a story from Dilshod, our guide for this section of the trip. He explains how as a boy he and his classmates were pulled out of education to work on the state cotton plantations. We sit spellbound, and it’s a reminder that not all the fascinating history of this region took place centuries ago.
Even for the most seasoned travelers, this feels like a truly exotic expedition and English is seldom widely spoken. As a result, your Exodus guide –drawing on local knowledge, is absolutely invaluable. And with so much to see, handing over control of the itinerary to the experts is the only way you can experience this much in a single fortnight.
You’ll be sad to head home. But you’ll have memories you’ll never forget. And possibly a real taste for hunting with eagles.
If Matt has inspired you to join a cultural journey led by our expert guides, you can find out more about these trips at exodustravels.com/cultural-tours. For more details of ‘The Silk Road’ see overleaf.

Having chosen the vacation you are interested in, below is some information which you may find useful in relation to your booking and vacation. Details correct at time of publication, please call or go online to check up-to-date booking conditions: www.exodustravels.com/about-exodus/exodusbooking-conditions
1. Refer to the Trip Notes
The Trip Notes form part of our contract with you and they contain the most up-to-date information about the vacation, including details about the itinerary, inclusions and exclusions. Please download and take the latest version of the Trip Notes with you on your vacation.
2. About the trip
Is this trip for you?
We aim to provide detailed and accurate information in our documentation so that clients can assess their own suitability and fitness for a specific trip. We ask that you satisfy yourself prior to booking that you are able to complete the itinerary as described in the Trip Notes. All our trips feature Activity Level icons as guides to the type of itinerary and the level of challenge the trip will involve. An explanation of each Activity Level can be found at www.exodustravels.com/activity-levels. Please let your adventure specialist know during the booking process if you have concerns or queries about any aspects of the itinerary.
Participation
We ask our clients to always abide by the authority of the tour leader. There is an agreement in place between Exodus and our tour leaders, allowing them to exclude any client from part or all of a trip if it unfortunately becomes apparent that they cannot manage particular elements of a trip or are likely to put either themselves or other people at risk. It is, however, not a decision that is reached lightly or that is made frequently.
Pre-existing medical conditions
We ask you to let us know of any pre-existing conditions, illnesses, disabilities or recent surgeries which may affect your safety or other people’s enjoyment of the vacation. Please email info exodustravels. com to make us aware of any pre-existing medical conditions. Our Trip Notes provide information on whether a particular vacation is considered to be suitable for a person with reduced mobility. There is no upper age limit on our tours, but as most vacations are quite active, we may ask clients over the age of 80 a number of questions about their health and fitness. We also require you to advise us of any dietary requirements in advance of a tour.
Accommodation
Our prices are based on twin-share accommodation which means that if you book on your own, we will arrange for you to share with a person of the same gender as per the information given to Exodus at the time of booking. We ask you to satisfy yourself that you do not have any conditions or preferences which may preclude you from sharing a room, and that you speak to your adventure specialist if you would like to enquire about a single supplement. Key information to help you prepare Important trip documentation will be provided during the booking process and prior to your vacation. If you have any queries or notice any inaccuracies, please contact Exodus as soon as possible.
We are able to provide basic advice to clients regarding passports, visa and entry requirements, but you should check with the appropriate embassy, consulate or the U.S. Department of State Travel Resources for the exact requirements for your chosen tour and date of travel. U.S. Nationals require a full passport which is valid for six months after the date of your scheduled return home. The Trip Notes for each vacation provide more detailed information on visa requirements.
We recommend that you contact your Medical Professional or a Travel Health Clinic for information about vaccinations or specific health risks in the area to which you are traveling. Please see the Practical Information section of the Trip Notes for information relating to vaccinations for your specific tour.
The Trip Notes also include information about packing suggestions and essential items that we recommend you bring on your vacation.
Risks of adventure travel
Whilst we ensure that all activities are operated to the local legal standard and that risk assessments are carried out annually, many of our vacations do carry an element of risk.
On many of our tours, the areas are remote and events far less predictable than on a conventional vacation. Health, safety and operational standards, particularly of hotels and transport, are often not up to the levels we experience at home. We require that all the properties and transport we use comply fully with local regulations, but we do not guarantee the same standards as in your home country. If you choose to travel on this type of vacation, you must be prepared to accept that this is all part of the experience.
Adverse weather conditions, political situations and a host of other uncontrollable factors can mean a change in itinerary. Outdoor activities are weather dependent to an extent and some can become dangerous in certain conditions. If the leader feels there is any heightened level of risk involved in an activity, they may amend or cancel it as they see fit. It is unlikely that an itinerary would be substantially altered, but if changes are necessary, we will make the best possible alternative arrangements which maintain the integrity of the original itinerary. We will do everything we can to minimise the effect, but we cannot be held responsible for the impact of changes outside our control.
Crime and other security risks exist in all countries and while traveling in a group is a safeguard, it is not a guarantee of safety. We will take all reasonable care of you and expect that you will take sensible precautions yourself.
Transfers
Upon arrival at your destination, airport transfers will be at an additional cost (unless shown in your documentation as a free transfer); please ask your adventure specialist for details. Services start and end at the local joining point detailed in the Trip Notes, brochure and website.
3. How to book
If you would like to make a booking you can contact us in several ways: directly over the telephone (844.785.2756), by email using info@exodustravels.com, via our website www.exodustravels.com and the Live Chat function on our website, or through an approved travel agent.
Travel insurance
Adequate and valid travel insurance for your chosen itinerary is compulsory for all travelers and it is a condition of accepting your booking that you agree you will have obtained adequate and valid travel insurance. We recommend you take out insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed.
4. Payment, cancellations and changes
Unless stated otherwise during the booking process or in the full terms and conditions, the following applies:
Deposit
You will be asked to pay a deposit at the time of booking of at least 25% per person of your selected travel arrangements (minimum $500 USD per person or equivalent). You may also be required to pay on booking for any non-transferable and nonrefundable items; your adventure specialist will advise you of this during the booking process. Please note that for certain travel arrangements, including all Polar vacations, the deposit may be higher than those shown.
Final balance
We will invoice you for the remainder of the cost of your vacation, which must be paid prior to 90 days before departure. In certain cases, including Polar vacations, we may request full payment more than 90 days before departure where, for example, airlines require full payment on booking.
Making changes to your trip
Please contact Exodus as soon as possible if you wish to make a change to your existing booking, wish to change to a different tour or wish to change departure date. We will always endeavour to assist with the requested change, but this is subject to availability and payment may need to be made for non-refundable costs (for example from airlines) and other fees may also be applicable, including a $60 USD administration charge.
If You Cancel Your Vacation
You, or any member of your party, may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification from the lead name or your travel agent must be received at our offices. Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay cancellation charges as follows (see also the exceptions below):

5. Our contract with you
Full terms and conditions apply to your booking and can be found here: www.exodustravels.com/about-exodus/exodusbooking-conditions
This link also includes information on our Privacy Policy and our Data Protection Commitment.
If we change or cancel your booking
We plan the arrangements for your tour many months in advance and may occasionally have to make changes, most of which are minor. When a major change (as outlined in the full terms and conditions on our website) occurs, you will have the choice of either:
a) accepting the change; or
b) accepting a replacement tour from us of equivalent or similar standard and price (at the date of the change), if we are able to offer you one; or
c) canceling your tour, in which case you shall receive a full refund of all monies paid.
Most of our trips are group vacations and require a certain number of participants to operate; we include details of normal group sizes in the Trip Notes and on our website. In the unlikely event that a trip does not reach the normal minimum, we may be forced to cancel the tour; a decision will be made as early as possible and not later than 20 days before departure. We reserve the right to confirm trips on numbers lower than the minimum indicated and occasionally we may exceed the normal maximum. If at the time of booking your trip is not guaranteed, we strongly recommend that you do not make any non-refundable or non-changeable travel arrangements.
