Every Home Has A Story & Every Story Deserves To Be Told...Its’ time to write yours...in our new Communities in Prosser!
Why Prosser?
This quaint little town is on the move. Incorporated in 1899, Prosser expertly retains a lovely, small-town feel, with an exciting vibrancy throbbing underfoot.
The economy is thriving with a $17 million high school recently completed, a new hospital underway, and the wine country and tourism flourishing.

Prosser is the county seat with an eclectic mix of 7,000. There are couples looking for promising careers in a cultured environment where they can quietly raise a family. And there are large swaths of engineer and scientist retirees who made their living at the nearby national laboratories.
The Washington State University Richland campus is only 30 minutes away for young people seeking an advanced degree or folks looking to take an occasional class. Almost 200 sunny days a year and a clear winter season means outdoor activities are always at hand. Prosser is such a happy little prospering place, we call it the bottom of the smile between neighbor cities Yakima and Kennewick.
