Hosting Your Special Day The picturesque setting of our charming 18 century manor house make Hunday Manor the ideal venue to enjoy and celebrate your wedding. Whether you require a small intimate gathering or a large and lavish reception, we offer our trademark outstanding hospitality and service to ensure you really do have the best day of your life. Our gardens with water feature and partially glazed gazebo, against the stunning backdrop of the Solway Firth, provide the perfect setting for your wedding photos. Enjoy, with your guests, the magnificent views of the sun setting over the Solway Coast and Scotland, which offers an excellent photo opportunity. We are also licensed for civil wedding ceremonies and can accommodate up to 200 people depending on your preferred layout, with other rooms available for smaller wedding parties. The ceremony can also be carried out in the garden gazebo, with views of the coast as your backdrop. Our team will be on hand to help you every step of the way, offering a selection of large or small wedding packages that can be individually tailored to meet your every need. We only host one wedding per day - tell us what you want and we will do our best to make it happen.

~ Civil Wedding Ceremonies ~ Here at the Hunday Manor Hotel, we are licensed to hold Civil Wedding Ceremonies for you and your partner. The charges are as follows:
Monday to Thursdays: £250.00
Fridays & Sunday: £320.00
Saturdays & Bank Holiday Weekends: £350.00
We can accommodate up to 200 people in our purpose built function suite, depending on your preferred layout, with other rooms available for smaller wedding parties. The ceremony can also be carried out in the gardens gazebo, with views of the Solway Firth providing a stunning backdrop. The couple must contact the superintendent registrar to ensure they are available to conduct the ceremony. ~ Room Hire ~ We have 14 round tables which can seat a maximum of 10 guests each. We also have rectangular tables and can seat up to 200 guests either in the main room or by using all areas of the function suite. A suitable table plan can be arranged when you provide your final numbers 6 weeks prior to your wedding. For the smaller, more intimate wedding, our conservatory is available for a maximum of 40 guests. However, please note that this room must be vacated no later than 5.00pm. If you are reserving the venue for a day or night function only, a room hire charge may be applicable. We also recommend that guests organize their own transport home in advance. We have a projector and screen available at a charge of ÂŁ25.00 The hotel lounge bar can be made available until 5.00pm for a charge of ÂŁ500.00
~ Our Chefs ~ Here at Hunday Manor we offer high quality food using the finest ingredients that have been sourced locally where possible. Our team of passionate and highly motivated chefs have a wealth of experience behind them, which helps to ensure all our food is prepared to a high standard. In our wedding brochure, available on-line, you will find a selection of carefully considered menus, but understand that you may like to add your own individual touch. Please contact the wedding team who will be more than happy to discuss your requirements and advise on how these can be best achieved.
~ Accommodation ~ The bridal suite is offered complimentary on your wedding day providing you are having a full day event. For those having an evening only event, a complimentary room will be provided subject to availability.

Double Rooms each at £99.00
All rooms are priced per room and include continental breakfast. A cooked breakfast is available on request and charged at a supplement of £5.00 per person. Guests must inform the hotel at the time of booking that they are attending your function to be eligible for the discounted rate. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the final balance due two weeks prior to arrival. Failure to comply with this will result in the room being reopened and made available to book with the deposit being forfeited. Check in is from 2pm onwards with check out no later than 11am.
