DESIGN CONCEPT
The upper part of the structure serves as a soil-covered planting space, forming a green roof layer while supporting the thin-shell system of the road.
The top layer is used as a park, providing spaces for visitors and residents to engage in activities and rest.
Use the central part of the structure itself for rainwater diversion, enhancing the drainage function of the roof layer.
The middle layer is primarily for market and service functions, including information booths, restrooms, offices, and mechanical and electrical spaces.
Utilize the extra space within the structure's base itself for seawater filtration and water purification.
The lowest layer is the tidal plaza, which can be used as a swimming and fishing pool during high tide and as an intertidal zone for family leisure activities during low tide.
