Apple & Eldwflower Mojito
Ingredients: 1 Sachet Apple and Elderflower BURST 1 medium lemon or lime 1 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves Soda water and Ice Lemon or lime slices Method: In a large cup, empty your BURST sachet and squeeze the lemon/lime juice on top Roughly tear the mint leaves into the cup and mix well Add as much Ice as you want and top with soda water Top with a slice of lemon/lime and serve with a straw

Ingredients: 1 can of BURST 1/4 cup peach nectar 1/4 fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries) Method: Distribute the BURST across two champagne glasses Add the peach nectar Top with fresh berries Serve immediately and enjoy
