Plain, squared, lined, or dotted, Bristol cards are the perfect companion for creating revision notes daily.
The Bunny Box is a tool designed for learning and memorising revision cards in vocabulary or foreign languages, formulas, lessons, and more.
Whether for children, students, or adults, this revision system has been proven and endorsed!
Originally introduced in 1973 by learning psychologist and science journalist Sebastian Leitner, this concept is based on breaking lessons into small blocks, each repeated at regular intervals. This approach makes memorisation easier and more lasting.
This method implies that the cards should be prepared in advance and handwritten, as writing and reading on paper facilitate learning.
Instructions for Use:
1 - Write down what you need to remember on the card. On both the front and back, include the information (question/answer, task/solution, etc.). Important: it is essential to handwrite your cards for better memorisation.
2 - Next, place the cards in the first compartment of the box, with the side that has the question facing forward.
3 - Take a card and read the question. If you can answer it, move the card to the next compartment. If you don’t have the correct answer, return the card to the first compartment, but at the end of the pile.
4 - Continue this process, but only work on the cards in compartments 2 to 5 when they are nearly full. It is recommended to work on each compartment daily.
An Additional Benefit:
The original “Bunny” shape with two large ears on the lid and a nose in the middle is especially practical for keeping the box closed.
The Bunny Box can be transported without risk. The sliding lid tucks away under the file, ensuring it is never lost or broken.
