Valencia
I chose to study architecture by vocation, my father is an architect and since childhood I have seen what it means to be an architect, the great process that involves carrying out a project and how beautiful this profession is.
I define myself as a very creative person, able to organize myself at work in a way that meets my goals. In this way I managed to pass the complete courses with good results. I consider myself hardworking and efficient. I value the culture of effort and love teamwork, as well as interacting with my peers both academically and personally.
I am very interested in traveling to learn about different environments and cultures, I think it is something basic for an architect and that brings great growth.
Within the fields of architecture I am fascinated by the restoration, the possibility of conserving the architecture, our cultural imprint, maintaining its original essence and often adapting it to the present. I think it’s a really nice exercise.
On the other hand, I love urban planning. The importance of public spaces, green spaces in urban environments, spaces endowed with optimal conditions of sociability can make a society grow and an architect can contribute a lot.

SOCIAL HOUSING IN BENIMACLET, VALENCIA
Projects 3 - Lab H (2024)
Modulation and repetition strategy.
The proposal consists of three linear blocks parallel to each other and facing east.
The ground floor of the plot is mainly for public use. It is a free ground floor and seeks to directly link the Benimaclet neighbourhood with the park.
In the centre of the plot there is a large square located between the linear blocks, with green areas and dense vegetation.
The square is full of routes through which longitudinal and transversal circulations take place, the main one being marked by a large pergola that reaches the park.
The organic routes counteract the linearity of the building’s design and allow for fluid circulation.

STUDENT HOUSING IN EL CABAÑAL, VALENCIA
The plot is located close to the Malvarrosa Beach. The main purpose of the project is to improve the Cabañal neighborhood, providing it with a series of public facilities.
The designed building is divided into two floors; the ground floor is for public use and includes a large parking area, a gym, a library, a café and a large garden with a swimming pool area, while the second floor contains the sleeping area with private outdoor space and two common outdoor areas for residents.

HOUSING BETWEEN PARTY WALLS IN EL CABAÑAL, VALENCIA
Projects 2 - Lab H (2022)
The importance of light work in long and narrow buildings between partitions.
The project develops a housing intended for two inhabitants. In today’s society there are new needs and different ways of living.
This house is designed for two workers who share the common areas and have maximum equality of private spaces (same light, ventilation, orientation...)
The design of this project involves an exhaustive study of the space, of a linear organization of this space and of how to achieve good lighting and ventilation conditions, since we start from a plot of 3.5 m wide by 23 m long and located between partition walls.

URBAN PARK PROJECT IN BENIMACLET, VALENCIA
Project carried out with Duna Ferrando and Begoña Betancor
Starting from a park of rectangular plant that occupies the block complete, the proposal proposes transform it by means of curves that create different spaces and allow a fluid circulation between the zones. It houses a playground, rest areas for caregivers, a bar, lawn areas and a fountain to cool off in summer.
In the southwestern half of the park there is a closed enclosure for dogs, a shaded area with benches covered by a pergola and a space intended for exercise visually protected by vegetation.
All areas are related to each other by the different curves created to starting from the traffic that users are currently running and that is not match the existing park.
