FREQUETLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does everyone have to have the same colour / size hoodie? You can order a mixture of different colours and sizes, but they do have to within the ‘adult’ or ‘kids’ sections.
Do all the hoodies have to have the same design? Yes and no, the back designs all have to be the same (except the option for “with names”). ‘Additional extras’ can also be different on each hoodie.
What if I want less than 10 hoodies or more than 200?

How do we pay?
Deposit payments can be made via BACS or PayPal.
We accept a range of payments for the remaining balance, cash on delivery / collection, BACS and PayPal. We also have a card machine and can accept card payments on delivery / collection using contactless or chip and pin. We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay.
What if we want something that is not displayed in the brochure?
Due to endless design options and the shear amount of clothing and gifts we simply cannot fit everything into one brochure. If there is something in particular you are wanting, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Can we get a Zoodie (Zip Hoodies) for those who may have additional needs? Yes, we can get zoodies in a range of colours in both kids and adults sizes.
