The Stepping On program is a FREE 6 week program aimed at older residents aged over 65 who wish to become more mobile and active.

Stepping On is run by Western Sydney Local Health from our office in Parramatta. The program is a mix of gentle exercises and movements and participants learn about strengthening and balance exercises, safe footwear, medication management, vision, nutrition, moving safely in the community and reducing hazards around the home that can lead to accidents. HIGH SCHOOL HELP Is your child in year 7 to 11? Are they struggling with school, getting by okay or doing really well?

Our Evolve High School Help program is available to students of all abilities. High School Help is designed to help kids stay engaged with school and to provide both financial and academic support. The program runs over a 3 year period and is worth up to $10,000 per child.

Financial Support Our High School Help program will help your child by providing money to your child’s school that can be used for school books, excursions or any other schooling related expenses. This will help your child feel included at school and relieve some of the pressure off your

• Applicant must be a Permanent Resident or Australian citizen.

Other criteria along with income may be considered

Tutoring Children in the program participate in 2 hours per week of tutoring from S4S Coaching. Tutoring can help your child grow in confidence and ability, by providing a safe space to learn one on one. Often kids don’t want to go to school if they are falling behind their class mates, tutoring can help fill any gaps they might have and encourage them to stick with their studies.

High School Help is valued at up to $10,000 per student over 3 years.

STOP VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN Domestic and family violence is sadly a huge problem in our community. Statistics show that 1 in 3 women will experience domestic or family violence at some point in their life. Domestic violence is not just physical violence, it includes verbal, financial, emotional, sexual and social abuse e.g. cutting off use to bank accounts, preventing people from spending time with family or friends, and yelling or degrading behaviour towards someone.

SENIORS FESTIVAL TRIP TO MT TOMAH Join our Seniors Festival trip to the Mt Tomah Botanic Gardens on Thursday 12th April.

Enjoy a guided tour of the beautiful gardens from our partners Community Greening from the Royal Botanic Gardens as well as a stop off at Bilpin Fruit shop on the way home.
