Long intelligent winemaking tradition of Goriška Brda, with its rich marlstone soil called opoka, hillside vineyards and its semi-continental climate (influenced by Adriatic sea on one side, just 30 km away, and Alps on the other, 35 km away) goes well along with Gašper's modern view on Slovenian wine.

Gasper Wines Terroir
Gasper Wines vineyards are located in Goriška Brda region in Slovenia, nestled halfway between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea. The Brda region has a pleasant sub-Mediterranean climate, with days warmed by the Mediterranean sun and fresh nights cooled by the Alpine breezes.
Gasper Chardonnay & Ribolla is a blend of Chardonnay, Ribolla Gialla and small amount of Malvasia – Goriska Brda traditional
variety. The wine has a clean light straw colour. The aroma of green apple, pear, peach and tropical fruit with reminiscent of citrus.
Palate is clean, fruity with nice acidity and medium body. Citrus finish makes this wine food friendly and lively.

Salpa 2023
Chardonnay provides elegance and full body, Sauvignon Vert adds freshness and pleasant aromas of green apple, lime and herbs. The Ribolla is the basis for persistence and minerality. Salpa will wonderfully complement and light vegetable dishes and dishes with white meat.

Pinot Grigio 2024
Gasper Pinot Grigio is a premium wine of straw yellow colour with a soft shade of pink. The aroma of the wine is reminiscent of ripe pear, grapefruit, pineapple, melon and cinnamon. On the palate, it gives a smooth taste,
medium-bodied with nice silky citrus finish reflecting rich soil of Goriska Brda.

Markiza is a wonderfully fresh, dry, playful wine, with beautiful fruity aromas reminiscent of strawberries, cranberries, red currants and red cherries, and a true Provencal color. The unique bottle is the result of a collaboration between Gašper Čarman, Steklarna Hrastnik and designer Jasna Andrič.
