S YOUR aesthetic partners, Dean Kleto, MD, and Cynthia

St. Germain, BA, RN, BSN, are committed to informing, educating, and delivering to you the highest quality of care. They think it is important, now that we’re in the summer months, that you have information about the harmful effects the sun has on aging your beautiful skin. Since you have already spent time, energy, and finances to achieve this goal, they want to help preserve that investment. The sunscreen manufacturers didn’t dream up their products without thinking about the benefits to be gained by their use. As the illustrations show, skin that is left “open” to the elements will bear the brunt of damage from UV and infrared penetration. Consequently, resultant water loss will diminish the fullness and, therefore, the youthfulness in your face. If sun damage has already occurred, there are surgical and non-surgical options to help restore a natural look. Meanwhile, these illustrations should be self-explanatory and “worth a thousand words.” So remember: Sun with sense! Let that be your motto. Dr. Kleto brings excellent training from Duke University and Chattanooga’s Erlanger Hospital to the surgical arena as he performs a variety of enhancing plastic surgery procedures at Parkwest and Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge Hospitals. Ms. St. Germain has a highly-developed, astute aesthetic eye that, coupled with her knowledge and skill, brings a naturallooking result when she works with her patients. It can and has been said that both of these practitioners have a passion for their work, as any artist has. A free, no-obligation consultation for any of the non-surgical procedures can be scheduled by calling 865-394-4966. Surgical consultations should call 865-524-2442.
