For your convenience, you may register and pay for classes 24/7 online at www.evergreenhealth.com/classes-events. You may also call the EvergreenHealth Nurse Navigator & Healthline at 425.899.3000, Mon. through Fri., 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Pre-registration is required for all classes. Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Refunds and rescheduling will only be given for cancellations two business days prior to the class.
