7KH GL‫ﺩ‬HUHQFH LV *DJJHQDX Founded in 1683 in the hamlet of Gaggenau, we aim to enable and inspire with appliances that are extraordinary, in both performance and appearance. Our design is avant-garde yet timeless and we skilfully hand-build our pieces using the finest materials. As professional cooking techniques have evolved and developed, so too has Gaggenau. Inspired by the principles within the professional kitchen, given the means and the passion, we enable the private chef to produce professional results at home.

“Our plumbed model is the only domestic combi-steam oven with a fully automated self-cleaning system*.” – Olya Yemchenko, Brand Communication Manager Gaggenau

Masters of steam: 20 years in the making Having introduced the steam oven to the private kitchen 20 years ago, we have continued to refine and innovate ensuring we remain at the forefront of modern and professional cooking results in the domestic kitchen. Our combi-steam ovens are capable of steaming, baking, cooking, braising, grilling, simmering, regenerating, extracting juice and sous-vide cooking.

Our latest combi-steam ovens allow the private chef to master steam, free from constraints. Both the 400 and 200 series can now connect to a fixed water supply. The enlarged cavity, cleverly lit by indirect lighting, conceals a full surface grill behind glass for ease of cleaning and aesthetics.

All of which ensures your decision making comes down to a finely balanced aesthetic decision between the flush 200 series or the handleless 400 series: which masterpiece will be yours? Visit us at our flagship showroom in South Melbourne for the full Gaggenau experience. www.gaggenau.com.au

/X[XU\ KDV QHYHU EHHQ WKLV ‫ﺫ‬H[LEOH With its professional cooling and storage technology and iconic design, the Gaggenau Vario cooling 400 series sets new standards in function and beauty. ADVERTISING FEATURE

HANNOVER LODGE Producing the elite racehorse

Hannover Lodge, an elite racehorse training facility in the Hawkesbury NSW, has just celebrated it’s threeyear anniversary. With huge growth over the last three years, the business continues to improve, with great focus on introducing partnerships with new and exciting technology and systems to ensure that the stable carries out the highest quality of safety and knowledge for its staff, and most importantly its horses. The first two years saw Hannover Lodge establish itself strongly in the Thoroughbred Industry, with Hinnerk Hueppe, the Owner and Director, proving his eye for quality, honesty and strong relationships were a perfect foundation for the now very strong group of horses, trainers and owners he works with. This year Hinnerk’s collaborations with Equine Laser Therapy, Akeso Equine - a revolutionary anti-fungal technology - and StableSafe - a ground-breaking General Work Place Procedure application to ensure the safety of staff and horses - are just the beginning of this ever-growing business, aimed at being at the top of the industry. A self-professed

perfectionist, Hinnerk has continued to introduce new ideas into the daily routine to further improve the care, treatment and preparation of his clients’ horses. His team of staff are highly skilled, and the result is a very happy calm stable environment. 2020 will be Hinnerk’s third draft at the Inglis R2R sales and it certainly looks to be an extremely high-quality draft. His focus on providing the best care shows in the draft with personalised programs for each and every horse, with hopes of an exciting sale for him. Hannover Lodge looks at the R2R sales as the perfect place to buy an educated early racehorse, a platform that he believes has been underutilised in the past. In preparation for this now growing part of his business, Hinnerk really takes time to help his clients pick the right kind of yearling for this process as the early racehorse is a special kind of horse. It is a skill to pick and train an early 2-year-old and he believes this platform gives the buyer the best chance at purchasing one out of his draft with an all-round education that truly makes them Ready to Race.

Starting with the breaking Hinnerk really considers the process for his horses and the plan is to present a very well-educated happy horse to his buyers. With Hinnerk’s background, he has combined his training of the performance horse with his race horse experience to develop a very rounded horse by the time it hits the sales ring for R2R. All his draft travel and spend time with different trainers to see different tracks; they swim, they jump out, they do flatwork, they have time in paddocks, all individually timed to the needs of each horse, so that by the sale his horses are truly well rounded and educated. He also uses a group of different, experienced trainers that he sends the young horses to, ensuring that the chemistry and environment where they spend their time is best suited to each individual horse, considering both the personality and type of the horse. Hinnerk’s approach to this draft is no different to his approach to life, thought out and precisely planned.

Hinnerk, a German who moved to Australia to follow his dream of working with horses 11 years ago, humbly credits a lot of his success to the people who mentored him along the way. Starting his career as a jackaroo and moving into his performance horse training was a natural progression after riding on the junior German show jumping teams, but Hinnerk quickly realised there was a lot greater future in the Thoroughbred Industry in Australia. Working with great trainers, riding track work and then managing a large well-known pre-training facility for a few years Hinnerk certainly did the hard work to understand the needs of the Thoroughbred and how he could make his mark on the industry.

Today, three years in along with his second in charge Romany Lee, who certainly knows her way around a horse, after riding performance horses all around the world, and working with Thoroughbreds for over ten years, their combined attention to detail and eye for a horse on a daily basis is a huge benefit to Hannover Lodge. As well as Romany, Hinnerk’s partner Jade Findlay a five-star professional Event rider has added greater depth of knowledge to Hannover Lodge. Jade has competed, but more importantly maintained horses to Olympic level for over 15 years, so clearly adds a huge amount of experience to the management and training in the yard.

Together this team, backed by their staff and focus on staying ahead in the industry provide a unique allencompassing plan for their horses, providing a service that is hard to compare to any other.

Research shows that after 30 days, 95% of bills are recoverable, after 60 days it is 85%, after 90 days it’s 75% and after 12 months there is only a 25% chance of debt recovery. The best debt recovery results are achieved the quicker you get onto a late payment. Not only will this have a positive effect on your business cash flow, it may also, in the longer term change the mentality of your debtors towards prompt future payment.

Our business is resolving your debt problems

Thoroughbred Recoveries is a boutique debt recovery agency who specialise in providing collection services to the thoroughbred industry. We have established long and extensive relationships with trainers, equine vets and

breeders, and tailored unique services to the industry needs.

There is no ‘one way’ to recover a debt

Thoroughbred Recoveries understand that one solution does not fit all when it comes to recovering your debt. Debts differ, not only in the amount, but also how the agreements were initially made, the age of a debt, and most importantly, potential future dealings with your client! Our recovery process is different to a standard recovery agency. Our services are unique and tailored to the individual needs of each of our clients’. This is

a reflection of what we have experienced, we understand the importance of achieving amicable solutions as today’s debtor is tomorrow’s client.

After 30 days, 95% of bills are recoverable..

Unfortunately, this rate quickly starts to decline the older the debt… the sooner you start the collection process the greater your chance of getting ahead! We have a first-hand understanding of how stressful financial difficulties can be and how critical cash flow is for the growth and success of your business.

www.thoroughbredrecoveries.com.au

STEP 1 Identify Debt

STEP 2 Letter of Demand

Here are some of the questions we find to be topof-mind for not only new enquiries, but existing and long term clients.

Question. How long will it take for recovered funds to hit my bank account? The recovery process starts from the moment Thoroughbred Recoveries are provided your debt and debtor information. We quickly engage with the debtor, applying the right amount of pressure so they understand the debt will not simply disappear. In general terms, the process can take between 14 – 28 days to come to an agreement. If this is not the case and after the 28-day period the debtor has not paid, an application can be made to the court for judgment.

STEP 3 Follow Up Debtor

Question. How do I know when I need a debt recovery agency’s help? There is not always an obvious trigger to start the debt recovery process. You may have one debt or several, they may be 30 days outstanding or longer. The best starting point is to have a chat with us. Thoroughbred Recoveries can assess your debts, the value it contributes to your cash flow and guide you through the best process or next steps.

We are local, and provide services Australia wide

Thoroughbred Recoveries are local, all our collections are managed by our team, we do not outsource of send debts offshore. We pride ourselves on a personalised approach, building and maintaining relationships with our clients,

STEP 4 Hand to Legal (if required)

STEP 5 Legal Proceedings

being part of the community and within the industry.

Quick attention can achieve the best results

Experience shows that the best recovery results are achieved the quicker you get onto a late payment. As difficult as recovering your money may seem, Thoroughbred Recoveries get the results as our industry knowledge pays dividends. Managing your cash flow quickly is critical for the ongoing growth and success of your business. Thoroughbred Recoveries are experts in this industry to help you.

We are here to help you

Contact office@tbrecoveries. com.au and one of our client managers will call you to discuss your debt portfolio and how we can provide assistance with your cash flow and debt management.
