Billable leads meet these quality standards:
9 Homeowner or authorized decision-maker
9 Looking for service on residential property
9 Within the territory specified
9 Has an interest in the agreed-upon service category
9 Area is at least 10x10 (100 square feet)
9 Service is for pavers only, unless specifically stated otherwise ! Missed calls are billable and not disputable
Non-billable lead criteria:
✘ All reviews/disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt
✘ Duplicate calls are not billable if received within 14 days of each other
✘ Areas under 10x10, concrete jobs, pavement jobs
