9 Appointment must be within 24 hours of call (unless customer requests/ allows longer interval)

9 Info is exchanged/appointment is made, regardless of service needed

Trip/service fee: $100/max

Missed calls are billable and not disputable

All reviews/disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt

Duplicate calls are not billable if received within 14 days of each other
