9 Homeowner or authorized decision-maker
9 Looking for service on residential property
9 Within the territory specified
9 Has an interest in the agreed-upon service category
9 Service is a major appliance repair or installation including: washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, wall-mounted microwave, oven, trash compactor, freezer, or wine fridge
! Missed calls are billable and not disputable
Non-billable lead criteria:
✘ All reviews/disputes must be submitted within 7 days of receipt
✘ Duplicate calls are not billable if received within 14 days of each other
✘ Small appliances (toaster, blender, mixer, etc.)
✘ If the client does not accept the mandatory diagnostic fee
