Born and raised in rural Ohio, Ryan has over 17 years of experience working in the meeting, travel, and events industry. From Los Angles to Miami, Ryan has partnered with a multitude of vendors and clients to design, manage and produce charity galas, red carpet events, city-wide conferences, company sales rallies, movie premieres and more with hundreds — even thousands — in attendance.
He has been recognized in Texas not only by his peers but also by ILEA and the Texas Star Awards as a local and international award winner for his event design and entertainment production designs. His clients have ranged from Fortune 100 companies such as AT&T, Bank of America and Cisco Systems to high-end fashion designers like Tom Ford and Valentino. He has also worked on many major sporting events like the Super Bowl, the PGA tour, and the NBA Championships and NBA Allstars.

Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Erin has always found pleasure in the creativity and excitement aspect of the meeting and events industry. Erin has over two years of event experience, most recently executing events in the non-pro t work-space. Before that, she established and organized department events as a retail department manager. Erin is goal-orientated and eager to surpass client expectations.
She is currently nishing coursework to obtain her Master’s in Hospitality Management with a focus in Event Management. Her positive, outgoing attitude and cordial demeanor are apparent in the lasting impressions and relationships she makes with her clients and peers. Erin enjoys intricately crafting events and seeing the nished product come to life. Rich, bold colors of Eggplant, Midnight Blue, & Mallard Green Velvets with Gold Accents truly captured this Venetian Masquerade styling, while complimenting the venue. State of the art lighting projections brought this old train station to life, while the sounds of our electric violinists echoed through the venue.
Guests had a blast stepping into a custom venetian styled topiary installation to capture a 360 photo. Sel e cocktails and edible vapor bubbles elevated the libations for the night, while our venetian masquerade models served bubbly from an epicurean cycle that strolled around the room.
Experience Tokyo's streets at our corporate holiday party. Guests strolled through a custom Tokyo Village with Japanese rooftops, greeted by stilt-walking Samaria Character. Japanese street vendor setups served as food stations, while a 12' tall Godzilla cutout loomed over the lantern-adorned bar. Enjoy dining at Zen Communal and Chambudai tables with Japanese-inspired tablescapes, zen gardens, and Buddha statues. After dinner, immerse yourself in our local Asian DJ's beats, witness thrilling ninja performances, or play virtual reality Fruit Ninja. Feel transported to Tokyo's vibrant streets as you bid farewell to an unforgettable night.
Nestled in a snowy mountain village, a Luxurious Ski Chalet became the backdrop for a corporate holiday event. Guests checked in at a custom lift ticket counter, receiving their lift tickets, drink vouchers, and casino cash. Snow machines and fog created an icy atmosphere. The event oor o ered outdoor activities like a ski simulator, chairlift photo booth, and snowy dance oor. Snow ake projections, uplighting, and faux snow machines added to the ambiance. Inside the chalet, guests relaxed on curated lodge furnishings, tried their luck at casino tables, and visited the Hot Cocoa and Sel e Marshmallow Bar. Custom-designed Food & Beverage stations added to the stunning event space. The success of the party ensured it would become an annual celebration.

Our "Jingle All the Way" event ipped the traditional Christmas theme with a retro twist. Vibrant orals in green, fuchsia, and blush adorned elevated tables, while colorful votives, taper candles, and retro nutcracker decor added air. Bold lounge areas and unique linens created a standout holiday atmosphere. Living disco lampshades greeted guests, dancing on the LED-lit dance oor. A custom DJ and drummer booth, serving as a video-mapped backdrop, added to the energy. The highlight was a captivating ballet turned hip-hop performance, leaving a lasting impression. Our Glitz and Glam Holiday Party theme delighted the client with its blend of neutrals, shimmering gold, mirrored tables, candelabras, and white orchids. LED Drummers energized guests upon entering the ballroom. Throughout the night, guests enjoyed desserts from a birdcage bu et, indulged in sel e cookies, and took home themed candy bags. DJ and Drummer performances came to life through video mapping on a custom-built stage set. Each song perfectly synced with the projected visuals, leaving guests astonished. Party starter girls distributed LED sunglasses, rings, and necklaces, igniting the dance oor. Guests departed in awe of the unforgettable experience.

When a worldwide oil and gas company needed to turn a blank venue into an elegant, over-the-top Gatsby-themed Event, they called Event Mechanics Co. Custom décor and lighting designs transformed the space and took our guests back in time to the roaring ’20s.
Guests were treated to performances by a Charlie Chaplin impersonator, Charleston Dancers and Lyra Lollipop shows. Sel e Mirror photography, a GIF photo station, a roaming wine aerator, late-night food truck service, and a surprise rework show rounded out some of the events unforgettable entertainment.
Embrace your inner Superhero at this friends and family corporate holiday party. Our team brought the client's vision to life with iconic character designs, stunning room decor, custom props, lighting, and centerpieces. At the Ritz Carlton Dallas, guests were awestruck as they encountered Captain America, Iron Man, Wonder Woman, and Batman. LED comic book walls, communal tables, bars, and centerpieces illuminated the ballroom. Our lighting team set the mood with dynamic e ects, including color-changing wall washes and superhero-themed gobo projections. Don your cape and join us for an unforgettable experience!
The 1980s brought us incredible pop culture, including iconic movies, music, hair bands, and toys. This holiday event channels the decade's nostalgia and style. Guests were welcomed with a massive "I love the 80s" neon sign and served alcoholic Capri Sun pouches by costumed servers. The room came alive with vibrant neon colors, 80s-inspired projections, and LED tables adorned with ghost chairs and nostalgic centerpieces. The arcade room entertained guests with black lights and classic 80s games. Throughout the night, our DJ, rocking a track suit, spun the greatest hits, while Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles served late-night pizza. It was a TOTALLY RAD holiday event enjoyed by all, keeping the 80s spirit alive.
Step into a Winter Wonderland! This holiday event welcomed attendees with enchanting live music and mesmerizing magic performances. Upon arrival, guests were guided by a visually stunning entrance to the cocktail area, where they were treated to glasses of champagne. The ballroom transformed into a magical winter wonderland, adorned with a beautiful color scheme of whites, blues, and metallics. A magni cent crystal chandelier illuminated a central bar, creating a captivating focal point. Throughout the night, guests enjoyed casino tables and danced to a live band that played a mix of classic hits and top forties, ensuring the dance oor was always lively.
Forget everything you know about the traditional red Christmas décor…when you work with T-Mobile on a o ice holiday party, everything MUST be pink! This holiday event was Pink from the uplighting, to the lounge furniture, and even the themed dessert station and custom candy bar. LED lit games included air hockey, pool tables, foosball, corn hole and more! A branded T-Mobile ice sculpture and snow ake projections brought the holiday cheer as guests danced the night away to the sounds of our DJ playing upbeat holiday remixes.
With a touch of chic and elegance, this Texas event exuded the ambiance of an upscale New York venue. Guests were welcomed by a stunning branded LED Entrance leading into the cocktail hour, accompanied by the sounds of the Dallas String Quartet. Inside the ballroom, their eyes were captivated by the multi-layered Fringe Installation hanging above the 16' oblong bar at the center of the room. Luxurious velvet table linens adorned the chic furniture groupings, complemented by faux snow, metallic Christmas Trees, and glowing votives. A visit to the a ogato station provided a ca eine boost before hitting the white pearl dance oor, where a DJ and Drummer duo entertained the crowd. The event also featured casino tables, an LED Photo Op Box with oversized ornaments, a Fortune Teller, and a Typewriter Poet.
Our task was to transform a local distribution warehouse into a kid-friendly Scandinavian Christmas, evoking the era of Viking rule. Challenge accepted! Guests entered through a custom wooden Viking arch adorned with Norse carvings and mythological dragon heads. Weathered wooden walls, Viking Shields, and banner ags displaying the client's logo completed the entrance. Inside, kids and families enjoyed Viking Carnival games, sailed in a custom-built Viking Ship, and posed with Santa in a Nordic-inspired canvas tent. Bounce houses, a rock climbing wall, zip line, petting zoo, craft station, dragon's breath desserts, and ower crown station added to the festivities. This Viking-themed Christmas event o ered an array of activities for all to enjoy.
