abil has valuable commercial and corporate legal experience garnered from advising corporate and individuals on legal and compliance over 7 years as an advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He has worked with long standing law firms in the country and has both international and local experience. He advises corporations on legal compliance, due diligence, dispute resolution and corporate governance. Nabil is an alumni of Moi University (Kenya) and University of Turin (Italy). He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya

He has proven expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, Restructuring, divestitures Managing negotiation, due diligence and integration processes surrounding potential and completed acquisitions. Ben is an Alumni of Strathmore and IESE Business school with an MBA in strategy, he is also a CPA(k) and CFA ( Level 1).
