This house design is conceived with an environmental consciousness, embracing the theme of a Sustainable Passive House.
The house is equipped with eco-friendly systems that minimize energy usage, from cross-ventilation to water utilization. The implementation of a closed-loop system is evident in the management of rainwater, which is collected and reused within the house, a system known as Rainwater Harvesting.

Kampung Melayu is a village in Jakarta that has faced substantial declines in both quality of life and the availability of green open spaces over the years. In response to these challenges, this design initiative seeks to revitalize the village, transforming it into a socially and economically sustainable community. The project focuses on enhancing the well-being of its residents by incorporating ample green open spaces, which are essential for fostering a healthier and more vibrant living environment. Through this design, Kampung Melayu will not only regain its vitality but also set a precedent for sustainable urban living.

Timberland emerges as a solution to the uncertainty of green elements in the high-rise buildings in Sudirman. With a green architecture approach, featuring a green building with its own passive design, this building can become a remarkable landmark in Jakarta's capital city. This is especially significant considering that buildings abroad have already begun to adapt green building practices in their high-rise structures.

This function hall uses a modern minimalist style with wood accents emphasized by lines that shape the space. With a clean and simple design approach, the room gives off an elegant impression. The use of wood accents as the dominant color creates a luxurious feel, while the lines that shape the space add visual dimension and aesthetically reinforce the structure of the room. This modern minimalist design not only provides a clean and tidy appearance but also offers flexibility in space usage, allowing for various types of events and different configurations as needed.
