Phase 1A of this project is comprised of 216 units complete with a clubhouse, pool area & structured parking provided in a four-story structure. Vegas Grand condominiums raised the expectations for stylish living. Full build out of the project includes a total of 800 condominiums centrally located and convenient to the Las Vegas Strip. The Mediterranean-Style condos are available in four, six and 12-story luxury buildings.

With much emphasis on a pampered lifestyle, each residence speaks volumes, with its open plan, high ceilings, expansive terraces, rich designer finishes, hand crafted cabinets and sleek appliances. The grounds include tennis courts on the penthouse level, pool/spa with cascading waterfalls, a party pavilion, state-of-the-art fitness center, a Mediterranean inspired piazza, Italian cobblestone street decor, lush landscaping, restaurants and an epicurean-design gourmet grocery.
