EV Cargo’s automotive service is designed for logistics that requires specific skills, customs brokerage, flexibility and dynamics. Our specialist automotive team has a deep understanding of the unique characteristics of international automotive supply chains, we are experts in door-todoor shipment management and customs clearance for just-in-time manufacturing components and for after sales service parts. Our innovative IT systems provide full visibility of all freight, from individual car shipments to 24/7 stock supply into major manufacturing operations.

In-house x-ray: As a fully regulated agent, we use in-house x-ray screening and integrated compliance checking systems.

Customs clearance support: EV Cargo’s on-the-ground expertise ensures the reliability and accuracy of customs clearance and compliance procedures worldwide.

Warehouse and inventory management: Safe storage and careful management of the internal movement of goods, ensuring all operations are synchronised to reduce cost and preserve product quality.

Transportation: EV Cargo offers closed or open trucks for vehicles; a bespoke warehouse management system for serialised and non-serialised parts; pick and pack and distribution inclusive stock handling with our dangerous-goods-trained employees for batteries; and multimodal transport options, with insurance coverage of high value goods, trained truck drivers and Airidetruck transport for engine transportation.

Our customers rely on us to help reduce the environmental impact of their distribution operations, decarbonise their supply chains and help them meet net zero and ESG targets.

We pioneered the introduction of HVO fuel, an alternative to traditional diesel that delivers 90% reductions in CO2 emissions, to help Budweiser Brewing Group and AB InBev reduce its carbon footprint and drive its ambition to reach net zero at UK breweries by 2026. We have an established network of HVOfuelled trucks that have been introduced to a number of key clients’ logistics operations across the beverage sector.

In partnership with The Park, which supplies 25% of all wine sold in the UK, we launched the UK FMCG industry’s first all-electric, zero-emissions HGV as part of a significant sustainability partnership.
