Season's Greetings On behalf of the European University Sports Association, we are sending you very warm and sincere wishes for Christmas and New Year 2011.

We would like to thank all our member associations, universities, EUSA events organisers, students, volunteers, sponsors and other partners & friends for their active role in development and growth of the University sport in 2010.

A special thanks and recognition goes to all individuals working hard in various commitees and bodies within our organisation.

We look forward to continuing and strenghtening our cooperation with all the friends & partners in 2011 as well.

AZS Poland against drugs - 1 December 2010 University Sport Association of Poland (AZS) has joined the European Action on Drugs.

European Action on Drugs project has been prepared and coordinated by the European Commission to “provide European civil society with a platform to increase awareness and commitment as regards drugs and the risks related to drug abuse, and to promote dialogue and exchanges of best practice�. read more >>

University Sport Gala in Cyprus - 2 December 2010 Cyprus University Sports Federation (CUSF) held a gala ceremony in October at which the new CUSF President Dr Michalis Krashias announced the nomination as Honorary President and offered the mark of honour to Mr Dinos Pavlou, former President of CUSF and Member of the Executive Committee of EUSA. read more >>

EUSA EC meeting 03-2010: Day 1 - 6 December 2010 Novi Sad, Serbia is from December 5 to 6, 2011 the venue of the third EUSA Executive Committee Meeting this year. The meeting is taking place at the Hotel Park in Novi Sad. It started yesterday with the welcome speech of Vice-President of EUSA Mr. Sinisa Jasnic, who is also the host of this meeting. read more >>

EUSA EC meeting 03-2010: Day 2 - 7 December 2010 The EUSA Executive Committee Meeting concluded yesterday in Novi Sad, Serbia. In the morning, the EUSA representatives led by the President Mr. Alberto Gualtieri met with the Director of the Sports Academy Belgrade Mr. Aleksandar Lukman, M.Sc. and Mr. Leon Lukman, one of the founders of the Academy. read more >>

SUSA General Assembly - 13 December 2010 Slovenian University Sports Association (SUSA) held its annual general assembly on Friday, 10th December 2010 at the headquarters of the University of Ljubljana. Lithuanian Olympic Academy awards - 14 December 2010 Lithuanian Olympic Academy Congress was held on December 3 at the Vilnius Pedagogical University. Registration for EUSA GA open - 22 December 2010 Registration for the 12th EUSA General Assembly, which will take place in Eilat, Israel between March 3 and 6, 2011 is open. Student Games in Warsaw - 23 December 2010 AZS Warsaw was an organizer and a host of the first edition of Student Games. Event took place in the middle of the December and gathered over 600 students from six Polish cities – winners of the regional selection matches (conducted on November) from Warsaw, Cracow, Katowice, Gdansk, Poznan and Lublin. read more >>

General Assembly USSS - 27 December 2010 The University Sports Federation of Serbia (USSS) hold its elective assembly on December 24, 2010 in Belgrade. EUC 2011 season getting ready - 31 December 2010 The season of European Universities Championships 2011 is getting ready.
