IT’S been a ver y odd year for everyone; however, it has been extremely strange for children. During the lockdown here in Spain, children were prevented from leaving the house for weeks and from socialising with their friends. Zoom calls, Joe Wicks workouts and creative artistic activities were relied upon before things started to return to what has been called the ‘new normal.’ However, this new normal has meant many children have had to

world to the one they enjoyed last year. Children are very resilient so the differences may not have been too inconvenient for some,
but to others, the change has been quite traumatic. Well, Murcia City Council has thanked the ‘Little Heroes’ for re-
specting the new rules, especially ones placed on them when using the
municipality parks, playgrounds and gardens.
