The decision also includes a ban on elderly residents leaving the home, with the exception of medical appointments. And this is because they have never given up.” Reading the institutional manifesto on the steps of the town hall, which was illuminated in green, the mayor highlighted the plight of thousands of families across Spain who remain hopeful of finding their lost loved ones, while searching for answers.
