People living at Bahia Bella say they are still living amongst the mud and debris more than a month later, while neighbouring communities have been cleaned up. The urbanisation of more than 200 homes is on the border between Los Alcazares and Cartagena in Murcia. Lorraine Della, who has lived at Bahia Bella for 15 years, said: “We are still waiting for Cartagena to appear and clear the wet slimy mud, the piles of dried baked mud, the muddy pockets of water growing algae feeding the mosquito and flies. “Nowhere is there any sign that Cartagena are inter-
