Carolynn, 29, said: “My mum was banging on my door at 10.30am and then she burst into the room with a man shouting ‘someone’s missing, someone’s missing - there’s been an accident. “Lesley-Anne got up and ran to the window and looked. When she came back she said, ‘it’s Kirsty.’ “We just sat in a room for hours in silence crying. “I don’t think any of us will ever be the same again.”
