The court made the order after authorities received reports that the suspect was threatening to assault the victim again. The suspect was first arrested and later released following investigations into her alleged attack on the 13-year-old outside their school in Almeria City. Police were called after a fight broke out between the girls and other students, with no arrests made initially. Another brawl broke out outside the school a few hours later and several students and family members were reportedly involved. The 15-year-old allegedly slashed the 13year-old with a kitchen knife between her back and shoulder. Her injuries were later found not to be serious. Police arrested the 15-year-old who said she acted in self defence to stop the 13-year-old from attacking her, according to reports. The investigation continues.
