Graffiti vandal caught ANSWERING an early morning alert from a Malaga resident, officers of the Local Police descended on the English Cemetery and discovered two vandals spraying a wall. Both of the graffiti artists dropped their spray cans and ran off with one jumping over a wall and escaping and the other a 19-year-old local being stopped and arrested with two spray cans in his possession. When they returned this young man to the scene of his crime, they spotted another male who they suspected of being a not very efficient lookout man who they also arrested. Officers discovered two pieces of graffiti on the walls of this protected monument to the dead, each measuring three x two metres and the cost of cleaning these is expected to be substantial. After reviewing local CCTV footage, the officers identified the individual who fled and have now handed the case over to the National Police.
