Since 2010, we have been a private clinic for assisted reproduction and complex infertility treatment. Fresh Egg Donation Program
Compared to other leading European fertility treatment destinations, the Czech Republic is considered a leader in fertility treatment using fresh donated eggs, giving women who cannot conceive using their own eggs a chance to have a baby of their own.
A 2020 study analysing 36,925 IVF cycles found that fresh eggs had a better success rate than frozen eggs: fresh eggs had a 47.7% live birth rate compared to 39.6% for frozen eggs.
IVF with donated fresh eggs is highly effective and less costly, as it involves fewer cycles for both recipient and donor.

Genetic testing
Pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT) is an essential element of most premium fertility treatments at Europe IVF.
You will have the opportunity to learn about the risks of genetic conditions before the pregnancy.
An evaluation of your family history by a genetic counselor will be used to assess your risk of genetic conditions and to offer appropriate testing.
By testing genetic material (eggs, sperm, and embryos) for a wide range of abnormalities and potential risks, PGT can benefit prospective parents by assessing the increased risk of birth defects and reducing the likelihood of miscarriage or complications. At Europe IVF, we truly care about the health and well-being of both mother and baby.

Egg BankDonor
If our comprehensive range of PGT tests reveals genetic abnormalities, or if the mother’s eggs cannot be used, many parents opt for egg donation. The egg donor banks we work with perform extensive genetic testing and collect eggs from donors aged 20 to 32. This allows us to minimise the risk of miscarriage and certain birth defects and increase the likelihood of an easy and healthy pregnancy. Donor eggs can make it possible for women whose own eggs aren’t viable to still be able to carry their child themselves.
In vitro fertilization (IVF)

As a clinic, we exclusively use our own donor database for our gamete donation programmes. We do not purchase eggs or sperm.
