Washing The washing machine and in particular all the brushes must be clean. Washing must be performed with fully demineralised water. The following requirements are placed on the water in the rearmost and if possible in the last-but-one washing zones: Conductance ‚ 40 microsiemens Recommended water temperature 40 °C No addition of washing agents In the prewashing zone, soft brushes with an individual bristle thickness of between 0.15 and 0.25 mm should be used. If this is not the case, the brushes must be lifted (e.g. with magnetic sensors).
To prevent scratching, soft brushes with a bristle thickness of between 0.15 and 0.25 mm should be provided in the main washing zone at the side where the coating is cleaned. We recommend a fixed maintenance schedule (nozzles are frequently clogged). After washing, the coated glass must be visually checked under sufficient light. Glasses with clearly visible scratches, stains and marks must be taken away before assembly. 125
