This innovative, interactive food program offers a restaurant-style dish, assembled to order by our Chefs in front of guests.

Chef’s Tables showcase our Chef’s creativity and culinary skills while providing a great opportunity for guest interaction. Ingredients are fresh and seasonal, simply prepared and presented for a limited time.

Pop-ups create a fun, engaging moment for the guests

To further raise awareness of the global issue surrounding wasted food, we created Stop Food Waste Day, an international day of action, to share solutions in our marketplaces and across social media that address food waste at the source and in the home.

Stop Food Waste Day is observed annually during the last week of Earth Month (April) to inform our clients and guests about the environmental, social, and financial impact of food waste and provide tips on ways they can save food at home.

Teaching Kitchen allows our guests to explore food, gaining culinary and nutrition literacy that positively impacts their food choices and experiences in the marketplace and beyond.

Companies are looking to get people back to work and they are changing the environments to be unique destinations that encourage employee collaboration and socialization while providing traditional games as part of the draw. These fun and energetic spaces are ideal for team building and collaboration activities for any catering event.
