BREAKFAST
Balanced options, such as whole grains, low-fat dairy, cage-free eggs, fresh fruit, vegetables and egg whites are always on the menu at breakfast. Our chefs use high-quality ingredients to create breakfast favorites that will be sure to impress our guests without slowing them down. Offering traditional breakfast fare, your chef will also provide creative ingredient choices, unexpected fresh produce, and unique twists on reliable morning standards.
DELI
Combining high-quality toppings, premium house-sliced meats and cheeses, and freshly baked bread, our deli offers a range of sandwiches for a fast, fresh bite. Guests can choose from one of at least three daily specials or build their own. This concept can be upgraded with a carvery component, with one or multiple protein choices.
GRILL
Our chefs create daily and weekly specials featuring seasonal and regional flavors, signature items, whole-wheat buns, sustainable seafood and fresh produce. In addition to the classics, this concept offers new favorites, such as salmon burgers, lamb burgers, beer-battered chicken sandwiches or sweet potato fries. Our grill features express items for a quick, self-service option while still providing the same level of ingredients and flavors. Our chefs are dedicated to menu development, food techniques and station training. With our vast business segments and dining environments, we believe each station concept should be customized according to need. Every Eurest brand has multiple levels, ensuring the perfect fit for any dining environment.
CHEF’S TABLE
This concept creates a personality for the marketplace through interactive presentations that create high-end dishes with fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. Drawing inspiration from the chef’s background, nearby farms, authentic global cuisines and area restaurants, Chef’s Table brings restaurant quality to any marketplace.
SALAD
Our salad bars showcase the best of each season, featuring locally and sustainably sourced produce as the star. Alongside chefcrafted platter salads, a range of dressings, crunchy toppings, and artisan breads add zest and variety. BIBIMBAP: Delivers authentic Korean rice bowls personalized to each guest’s taste. Literally meaning “mixed rice,” bibimbap includes warm white rice, sauteed vegetables, an egg and/or sliced meat, chili paste and soybean flavorings. Through daily specials, we can build excitement around delectable Korean flavors and spices with signature sauces and recipes. From every bite of crisp vegetables or forkful of rice to the spice in every sauce, guests will line up for more.

BIG CITY BARBEQUE: Brings the best of the country and the global stage with this sweet and savory showcase of ribs, chicken, pulled pork and more basted in rich and tangy sauces. This concept also includes lighter choices with smaller portions and healthier sides. A crowd favorite all year long, take this station outside in warmer months or offer comfort-style entrees, hearty sides and bold sauces during the winter.

BUTCHER + BAKER: Combining high-quality ingredients, house-sliced meats and seasonality, B + B offers a range of products to ease customer choice and drive the speed of service. Sandwich aficionados love the value of our B + B custom subs and wraps, and our made-to-order section featuring premium, hand-carved meats on freshly baked breads. When guests are hungry for a fast, fresh sandwich, they can choose from one of our premade, dressed-toorder offerings. Sandwiches typically three to five varieties each day are freshly made and stacked high just prior to service. Customers choose their sandwich, then have it Panini-pressed, turbo-toasted or served as is.



EARTH BOWL: This vegetable-forward concept is a delicious way for guests to indulge in satisfying, scratch-made food using better-for-you ingredients, such as superfoods, grains, fresh produce, dried fruits and fresh herbs, along with power-packed proteins like grilled fish or shrimp. It works for multiple generations, business models or price points because of its wide range of customization and upgrade opportunities.

FISH & CHIP SHOP: Welcome to our fish and chip shop – the heartbeat of coastal towns. Fish & Chip Shop is not just about serving up delicious crispy goodness but about celebrating this coastal tradition. This concept combines premium, English-style, hand-battered fish and chips, and crispy golden-fried shrimp with complementing sides and sauces; don’t forget about the clam chowder, a local and tourist favorite along the New England coast. For our health-conscious guests, we’ve included a green goddess wedge salad topped with air-fried salmon bites, a twist on a classic. Join us in savoring the authentic taste of the sea, crafted with tradition.

GRILLS & GREENS: We are revolutionizing the grill station's traditional role with a Grills & Green station takeover. Featuring vibrant greens as the centerpiece, the dish is complemented perfectly by grilled proteins and finished with trend-worthy dressings. Buns, breads and wraps step aside to cater to the health-conscious consumer.
Today’s diner craves bold protein flavors coupled with freshness, health benefits and trending culinary delights. Grills & Greens meets this demand with premium offerings: from freshly grilled burgers and sustainable seafood to marinated proteins and plant-based choices, all presented on a bed of crisp greens, adorned with chef-curated toppings and house-made dressings.

WILD GREENS: Focusing on seasonal produce as star ingredients, this action salad station comes to life with tossed-to-order salads made with a variety of greens, fruits, vegetables and grains, and topped with lean proteins. Our produce is sourced sustainably, with local and seasonal vegetables as a first preference Signature items include superfoods, flank steak and grilled shrimp, lean proteins like chicken and fish, and plant-based proteins.


COOL CHIX: Cool Chix is more than just bite-sized chicken beauties, the concept is making its mark as inspired by women and created by women featuring innovative, high-quality ingredients and retail products from women-owned businesses backed by Eurest’s Better Together program, which connects associates, clients and guests to culture and community through food.

FLY CHIX: The exciting follow-up to our renowned Cool Chix concept, reaches new heights with twice-cooked chicken wings and hand-breaded tenders tossed in mouth-watering, signature sauces and dry rubs.
Guests can choose from a variety of dipping sauces and old-school sides, with every meal accompanied by quick-pickled carrots and in-house baked jalapeno cheddar cornbread. Pair the Fly Chix signature chicken and waffle with an indulgent cosmic brownie to evoke childhood nostalgia with every bite. GINGER REPUBLIC: Our quick-service American Chinese concept, offering the classic combo feel found in popular retail lunch offerings.
Due to differences in dietary preferences between the two cultures, American Chinese food is distinct from traditional Chinese food, emerging as its own cuisine with unique ingredients and flavors that appeal to American tastes. The dishes and cooking styles of American Chinese food have been practiced by cooks of Chinese descent in America for over a century and a half.

Island Eats celebrates fresh and bold flavors that will allow guests to enjoy authentic island foods from their favorite vacation spots.

KITCHEN AND CO.: Features our updated take on guests’ favorite homestyle comfort foods, where our carvery takes center stage. This concept elevates classic dishes, offering hearty, flavorful meals that bring a homestyle feel with every dish. Our chefs draw inspiration from their own food memories while highlighting regionality with fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. Get ready for comfort food that is redefined!


LITTLE LIME: A fiesta of flavor with a twist, Little Lime is our fresh take on Tex-Mex, fusing the bold tastes of Texas with the vibrant traditions of Mexican cuisine.
This concept celebrates flavor and variety with three distinct menus that offer something for everyone: sizzling Fajita Platters, hearty Nacho and Taco Salads and satisfying Burritos and Burrito Bowls. Little Lime is designed to deliver a flavorful and approachable experience that will leave guests coming back for more.

MAC & CHEESYOLOGY: Guests will love creating their own versions of macaroni and cheese with a variety of proteins and toppings or choosing from one of the many signature recipes available. Mac & Cheesyology offers elevated ingredients like sriracha, pancetta, chives and lobster in this exhibition-style concept.
MACHU PERU: Peruvian cuisine is known as one of the most flavorful in the world. Our chefs use a variety of ingredients that bring a piece of Peru to every dish. Our menu highlights deliciously bold rotisserie- style chicken, which can be served as a salad, wrap or as the main course, paired perfectly with unique and authentic sides.

MEZZE: A quick-service Eastern Mediterranean concept focusing on traditional recipes with a modern twist. This concept allows guests to customize ingredients and personalize their dining experience. Mezze offerings are endless, including vegan and vegetarian menu items, and authentic shawarma and gyro meats, topped off with fresh hummus and vegetables, herbs, and whole grain composed sides, making this a diverse station for all demographics. Mezze focuses on Eastern Mediterranean flavors that have been used in recipes for centuries.

MIX: Our made-to-order and build-your-own salad service platforms place our guests in control. Mix delivers a salad entrée option filled with flavorful, delicious, unique, and healthful ingredients with seasonality and freshness top of mind, made by offering the best of what’s available. Mix new salad entrée options embark on a flavorful adventure where guests can indulge in wellness with a choice of a hearty salad blend in their flavor style. PICCOLA ITALIA: Pasta can be enjoyed with little more than a splash of olive oil, garlic and a sprinkling of fresh herbs, but it’s also savored in rich sauces and rounded out with seasoned meats and vegetables. Piccola Italia Pasta also serves other Italian favorites like cheesy calzones, creamy risotto, one-pot meals and heartwarming lasagnas. PICCOLA ITALIA PIZZA: One of our most popular concepts, Piccola Italia Pizza offers a fresh dough pizza with everything from the classic cheese and pepperoni to barbecued chicken or goat cheese and herbs. This concept delivers grilled pizzas, personal pizzas, flatbreads and made-to-order specialties straight from the oven. For healthier options, we offer inventive cheese less pies and tender, whole-wheat crusts.

PIRI PIRI: Piri piri chicken is a bold dish with roots in both Africa and Portugal. The dish was created in Angola and Mozambique when Portuguese settlers arrived with chili peppers (known as piri piri in Swahili). Served with complementing side dishes, our signature piri piri will allow your taste buds to travel.

PULP CULTURE: Welcome to Pulp Culture, where we’re blending a new era of smoothies with our guests in mind. Our commitment to quality shines through in every sip, offering a perfect balance of vibrant flavors, creamy textures and energizing ingredients. Optional enhancers take each smoothie to the next level, while our fresh-pressed juices and aqua frescas elevate hydration to a refreshing new standard. RHYTHM & ROUX: An exhilarating culinary journey where the rich heritage of the Bayou meets modern flair. This innovative concept invites chefs to explore and celebrate the dual soul of Bayou cuisine. With 'Roux', dive into the heart of Bayou cooking, emphasizing rich, slow-simmered stews where each spoonful is a testament to timehonored techniques and rich, layered flavors. It's a culinary canvas where chefs can express the art of slow cooking, marrying spices and ingredients into symphonies of taste.
On the flip side, 'Rhythm' offers a playful contrast with its crispy fish and shrimp cakes - a chance to craft bites that dance with textures and sing with freshness. This menu is a nod to the vibrant, spirited side of Bayou culture, offering a dynamic eating experience. 'Rhythm & Roux' isn't just a food concept; it's a celebration of culinary diversity and creativity, a platform for chefs to showcase their passion and bring the soulful, lively essence of the Bayou to life on every plate. Get ready to stir, sizzle, and serve a memorable gastronomic experience that resonates with every bite!"






REV NOODLE: This program was developed in response to guests’ demand for authentic Asian cuisine. We’ve deconstructed the noodle bowl concept into three categories to highlight the different regions and styles: pho, ramen and dim sum. The freshest local and seasonal produce, specific noodles and authentic broths make Rev Noodle popular with our guests and are the cornerstones of the cuisine.

ROOST 1996: Eurest’s signature chicken concept featuring pickle-brined, grilled and hand-breaded chicken sandwiches, and hand-cut fries. Pairing daily specials with easy-to-execute sides allows us to compete with popular fast-food chains. This is not just Southern fried chicken; this chicken is pickle-brined for hours, making it moist and juicy on a whole new level.

TACO CANTINA: A popular lunch option makes this authentic handheld cuisine accessible to guests at an affordable price. Our menus include a wide variety of global creations made with fresh herbs and produce, and premium proteins inspired from all over the world. Latin, Korean, Greek or East-West fusions are some of our most popular flavor profiles.


STREET EATS: Featuring popular handheld favorites from India, Latin America, the Caribbean and Indonesia, Street Eats brings authentic flavors to our guests. Combining unique proteins, local produce whenever possible and scratch-made sauces create an elevated street food menu. Street Eats also offers mix-and-match options of smaller portions that can be combined to create a full meal.










TAGINE: Get a taste of Moroccan spices and aromatic flavors, featuring our signature Tagine sauce. Enjoy a perfect blend of exotic seasonings, transporting you straight to Northern Africa.
The star of this program is Ras el Hanout, a rich and aromatic spice blend made by combining seven premium spices like cinnamon and cardamom, popular in North African and Middle Eastern cuisine.
Guests can choose one of three tagines, plus a choice of lemon rice or our spiced couscous, and one of two signature salads.

TURO-TURO FILIPINO STREET FOOD: Experience the bold flavors and cultural diversity of the Philippines with our chef-driven Turo-Turo Menu. Celebrated for its rich culinary heritage, Filipino cuisine brings together Spanish, Western, Chinese, Japanese and Pacific Islander influences, creating a unique fusion of tastes and textures.
The menu features timeless favorites, like Chicken Adobo and Pork Adobo, slow-marinated in a blend of soy sauce and vinegar. Indulge in crispy delights like Lechon Kawali or savor the smoky richness of Filipino BBQ Chicken and Pork Belly. Complement your protein with vibrant sides such as Sinangag, Ginisang Togue, or a refreshing crunch of Achara. This curated selection offers a flavorful snapshot of diverse and delectable cuisine.
