Carla de Sousa (Angola, 1974) Natural de Luanda, Angola, onde nasceu em 1974, a autora assume a fotografia, a que se dedica desde 2012, como uma linguagem poético-georreferencial de auto e heteroconhecimento. Desde 2013, vem expondo o seu trabalho, coletiva e individualmente, em Portugal (Leiria, Fátima, Coimbra, Águeda, Viseu, Porto, Guimarães, Braga e Lisboa), Espanha (Pontevedra) e Itália (Savignano sul Rubicone). É um dos membros fundadores do coletivo fotográfico, Zenith9 – Associação de Fotógrafos, sedeado em Leiria.
