Eumundi Police were called to attend 127 emergency requests for police assistance in October including 23 domestic violence incidents, eight stealing offences, two steal from vehicles, wilful damage and fraud and bail act offences. Eumundi Police are also investigating over $5,000 worth of tools stolen at Valdora during a break and enter. Four search warrants were executed relating to drug matters resulting in possession and production of dangerous drug charges now before the court. Police attended four traffic crashes with injury incidents and caught six drink drivers, one of whom provided a breath sample of 0.172%. A 63yo male driver refused to provide police with a breath sample and was arrested for high range drink driving and obstructing police in Albert St, Eumundi.
